Helens training style is friendly and unrushed, whilst ensuring that everyone got through all relevant sections of the training. Helen offered a fabulous range of support materials and information while not losing the personal approach. All of my staff felt that they were important and that they all were offered an opportunity to be involved and ask questions. An excellent balanced approach. Alan Matthews, Managing Director, MPH Group

Helen offered us very constructive and professional advice which resulted in us winning our case against a vexatious ex-employee and the case being unequivocally thrown out of court. Without her help, I doubt if we would have succeeded. She is very highly skilled and knowledgeable and gives an exemplary service.
