Dance Classes for 5-8 years old

We will focus on warming up the body by stretching and doing some basic dance positions. We
will spend time creating a dance to perform at the end of the session by mixing some of your own
ideas with mine. This will be a fun class designed to bring out your creativity.

Dance Classes for 9-12 years old

We will focus on free movement that will help us become creative with our choreography as we
plan for our performance at the end of the session. We will pay dance games such as adding on to
dance sentences that we create together, dancing to different kinds of music, expressing different
emotions and more. This will be a fun and rewarding experience.

Stretch your body and your mind

This class will be a beginners yoga class that will teach the different animal poses such as the
lion, cobra, cat and dog. During relaxation we will take journey's with our mind as we listen to
stories that will lead us into different adventures.
