Assisted in creating a "Community Ownership" policy manual that outlines community ownership policies across sectors (non-profit, governmental, and commercial) that can be used as a training program for engagement with global youth activists. Spearheaded an NGO to solve social problems in the area such as the youth emigration from Vukovar. Created a new radio program to raise awareness about social, cultural and educational activities, which was targeted at the youth population of Vukovar in order to curtail this emigration. Presented the NGO project to national Croatian media outlets.

LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
Rutgers Voting Coalition Coalition Co-Founder, Coordinator Sept 2007 Dec. 2009 Helped build the coalition by signing up different organizations to be part of our cause. Registered 6,000 student voters at Rutgers and encouraged registered voters to show support on Election Day. Organized Dorm Storm, a voter registration fair in college dorms.
