TOOLS NEEDED
Phillips Screw Driver Flat Head Screw Driver Needle Nose Plyers 2.5mm T Handle allen wrench.

1-Remove the Phillips screws from the Picker Base to release the Picker. (Fig 1) 2-Remove the Black flat Head Screw from the Picker Sol Link. (Fig 2)

Picker Bracket
3-Remove the E Ring from the shaft of the Picker Base and pull out the defective Picker Base from the Picker bracket. (Fig 4)

4-Insert the new Picker Base into the Picker Bracket Cylinder. Fig 5 5-Place the E ring back into the Picker Base shaft. Fig 6 6-Insert the Black flat Head Screw through the Picker sol link hole and tighten the screw into the Picker Base. Fig 7

1-Mount the Picker back on to the Picker Base and only snug the phillips screws into the picker Base. 2-Do not tighten the screws yet, we need to do a proper Picker alignment.

3-Push the Picker towards the Bobbin in the Rotary Hook (Fig 3) and make sure the two Prongs touches the bobbin and the Pig Tail of the bobbin is in between the two Prongs. (Fig 4)

Picker Stopper
4-Tighten the Phillips screws as you hold the Picker in towards the bobbin, after the screws are tighten you can release the Picker. 5-Picker Stopper can be adjusted if needed to get the Picker closer to the Bobbin. (Fig 5)
