(Effective Sept. 1, 2014) Bright Water Montessori offers the following program options. We accept state and county childcare funding and also offer tuition assistance to qualifying families. Bright Water Montessori Billing Procedures and Policies

Billing Procedures: Each month you receive a statement via email for the next months tuition. Payments are due on the first day of each month and may be turned into the school office or mailed to the school. If you make prior arrangements with Bright Water, you may make two payments a month: one by the first of the month and one by the fifteenth of the month. If you receive Childcare Assistance Program funds (CCAP), you are responsible for either paying the CCAP co-pay to Bright Water or applying for a Bright Water scholarship for the co-pay. If your family receives a State of Minnesota Early Learning Scholarship (through Think Small), you are responsible for the remaining balance on your account. If your family receives a Northside Achievement Zone (NAZ) scholarship, your childs tuition is paid in full by NAZ.

Billing Policies: The cost of hot lunch is included in tuition (if your child stays through lunch). No refunds are given if you choose to bring lunch from home. Charges are monthly regardless of the number of school days per month. No refunds for illnesses, vacations, holidays, early closing, or release days. Families with multiple preschool children qualify for a sibling discount of 10% for each sibling, after paying full price for the most expensive schedule. This discount cannot be combined with other scholarships. To make changes to your contracted schedule, you must provide 30-day written notification. To withdraw your child, you must provide 30-day written notification. You will be billed through the end of those 30 days. Late pickup charge is $1/minute after 5:30 pm, or after your childs contracted end time. Returned checks, returned credit card payments, and returned ACH items are subject to a $30 charge. A late payment fee of $15.00 is added to accounts not paid in full by the 10th business day of each month. If you are more than 60 days late on your tuition payments, we reserve the right to terminate Preschool or Elementary Extended Day care arrangements.
