This training provides a concentrated review of the key competencies needed for AIRS certication as an aging I&R/A specialist as well as a general overview to sta who are new to the eld of I&R/A. This is the only opportunity during the n4a Conference for I&R/A professionals to gather and focus exclusively on industry trends, initiative, challenges and solutions. Area Agencies on Aging and Title VI aging programs are leaders in the provision of home and community-based aging and long-term services and supports. Over the past forty years, the Aging Network has successfully developed lines of business that make a dierence in the lives of older adults, people with disabilities and their caregivers. In order to build the business case for expanding the scope of Aging Network services to new purchasersmanaged care organizations, hospitals, accountable care organizations, health homes and private pay individualsit is critical that AAAs and Title VI programs hone and enhance their lines of business for the future.
