Brown Property Locator Client Agreement This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia in Cobb County. This is a legal and binding Agreement and any breach of this Agreement by either party, the party found to be in breach shall be responsible for legal costs of the injured party to the Agreement. Herein shall describe all terms of this Agreement in its entirety. No modifications or Amendments, unless in writing and agreed by all, shall be recognized. Angela R. Brown is a professional Property Locator and offers the services of locating potential Property owned by individuals, estates and businesses throughout the United States. Using a thorough research process, persons who may have moved, relocated, become deceased, and businesses which may have moved, closed, or merged are chosen to extend services. Based on preliminary details, there may be Property owned or belonging to you. This document is an Agreement between Angela R. Brown, herein referred to as Locator of 2451 Cumberland Parkway, SE, #3673, Atlanta, GA 30339 and ____________________________________________, herein referred to as Owner, Heir, and/or Executor. at the current address____________________________________________. This Agreement is for services rendered by Locator for the locating and/or assistance with recovery of Property which may be owned by your business, _________________________________________ for a term of twelve months and one day, ending at 11:59PM on the last day. The term shall begin the date this Agreement is signed by the last signee. Signatures may be electronic, with the exception of certain legal documents such as a Limited Power of Attorney. When necessary and requested, you agree to provide an original signed and notarized Limited Power of Attorney, authorizing Locator to act on your behalf for the purpose of locating, receiving, and/or negotiating your Property. FEE/COST OF OUR SERVICE TO YOU You agree to employ Locator for services rendered at the rate of twenty percent (20 %) of all Property identified and recovered. For states which regulate the fee Locators may charge, the fee shall be the regulated maximum. You understand some agencies (local, state, or federal) or Holders of Property which may belong to you are not Locator friendly and do not communicate any details regarding Property you may own to any third party. You agree to forward, and/or provide a copy of all documents received by you in instances where documents, information, and/or details are sent or delivered directly to you either by U.S. Mail, overnight delivery, fax, email, or any other communication. Brown Property Locator Client Agreement FEE/COST OF OUR SERVICE TO YOU (CONTINUED) This Agreement in no manner relinquishes your legal right to the legal ownership of any Property identified. When the Property is received by you, you agree to remit the total fee to Locator within seven days of receiving Property via overnight delivery or you may remit online at: http://www.AssetPropertyLocator.com to: Angela R. Brown, 2451 Cumberland Parkway, SE #3673, Atlanta, GA 30339 or via bank wire upon request. If Locator fee is not received by Locator within seven days of your receiving Property, a penalty fee .05% per day shall be owed in addition to the Locator fee and any legal costs incurred to recover fees and penalties owed to Locator. You give permission for the use of your first initial and last name or your business name in our marketing or advertisement at no future obligations to you. We may disclose the Property you recovered in our marketing. This Agreement may be signed in counterparts. A signed copy of this Agreement received by fax or email shall be deemed an original. This Agreement is binding upon all heirs, successors in interest, and/or assigns.
