Recruitment (Internal& External) Work closely with the hiring managers to key identifies the hiring needs &

utilizing the recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the entire Recruitment life cycle from sourcing & screening, influencing hiring decisions, making compensation recommendation, salary negotiations, initiating background check along with other pre-joining& post joining formalities. Responsible for op to !ottom "e#el Recruitment. Training & Development $dentify the training needs, scheduling the training session time to time. %nsuring the learning & de#elopment programs to enhance skill sets, abilities of employees Performance Management &erformance analysis of employees across at all le#els. 'eli#ering & managing performance impro#ement plans(probation e)tensions in partnership with the line managers and employee relations. Employee Relations

*andling all +ueries related to the employees at all le#els related to issues b(w teams, personal issues, +ueries related to salary, lea#es, attendance& transfer etc. %)plaining #arious policies, procedures, benefits like insurance, medic claim to employees ake initiati#es to stop misleading communication & rumours b(w teams, employees. %nsuring employee engagement acti#ities. Designing & Implementation of HR Policies & procedures

,nalysing the demand & -upply of personnel needed to assign in different location. ,ssist in policy formulation and implementation of #arious programs for employees. .ob ,nalysis& .ob e#aluation HR perations

*andling the sensiti#e *R data confidentially and effecti#ely. /n boarding formalities of new hire, transfer0 new hire documentation, background check, file management 1in hard& soft form2 $ssuance of rele#ant letters like offer letter to new entrants, appointment letters, confirmation, transfer, promotion, termination, relie#ing letters and circulars, meeting letters 1general or budget meetings2 across &,3 $ndia employees at all le#els on timely basis.

,nalysis of attrition& retention graph of employees in order to count net working employees 4oordinating with ,ccounts department regarding the salary, ad#ance, bonus and loans management of the employees. &reparation of salary structure, salary slips. 5enerating the *R monthly reports, attrition reports +uarterly, final report submission at the end of financial year. Maintaining the daily, weekly, bi-weekly reports of all the employees department wise. Maintaining &.6 & %.-.$ records of all employees. Managing the e)it formalities , resignation acceptance letters, e)it inter#iews, *R -eparation and clearance of 3/45rie#ances handling.
