1. Tell me something about yourself.

Since I enjoy my coffee this morning Ill describe my personality and working routine into a COFFEE. A Coffee because sometimes it can be smooth and well-blended and to that matter Im a smooth operator and/or worker, I am organize with the things surrounds me and I work in systematic manner, I am stirred with discipline and dedication to work and can easily blend with different people whom I enjoy befriending and learning from them at the same time. Also, a coffee because it can be strong and aromatic, in comparison to me Im strong not only physically but also intellectually in my years of education I am confident that I am filled with knowledge to perform the job well and added to my strong skills is being a team player in fact way back in college I always chosen to be the group leader in every group activities that we had even being a room coordinator in our section. Being a leader in a group it gives me an experience to handle and work with different people having different personalities, improved myself in the process and contributes values to others. Im a hot competitor yet mixed in with cool attitude in life. Lastly, like coffee it may look simple and common but its aroma has an appealing or energizing effect to any people, it can be caffeinated or decaf could be added with cream or just brewed. Like me I may look simple and common but with trainings and teachings that this company will added or enhance to my capabilities I can be the top seller bitter sweet coffee of this company or to put it simply I could be the best employee of this company can ever have. I can offer a lot more flavors to the company. This is how I describe myself a coffee that can be smooth, well-blended, strong and aromatic.

2. Why should we hire you?

You should hire me because if ever I will get hire for the position I will treat this company as my family wherein I will put all my efforts for this family to be successful, work hard with dedication and perseverance and lastly to love each of its member and every single features of this company.

3. How do you see yourself 5 years from now? Short and Long term plan?
I see myself 5 years from now as a top employee in a well-build organization like your company or managing some of your branches (or other company) locally or international or putting up a small family business. I also plan on gaining more experience, enhance my skills, take on additional responsibilities, build and educate other employees and to contribute as much as value as I can.

4. What are your strengths?

I could say one of my strength is my ability of being light-headed in handling stressful situation. I listen first, weigh and analyze the situation before I make a conclusion and recommend different alterative solutions to the problems at timely manner. Im an easy-to-learn-and-to-taught-to person with good time management skills and patience with work.

5. What are your weaknesses?

I could say part of my weaknesses is how little I push myself since high school. Im always contented with what in hand, been trapped on doing things I shouldnt have to and a life that I dont really want but dont really see a way out thats why Im hoping that being here in your company could be a good start. Added to my weakness is my communication or public relation skill in English medium. I get lost for words in impromptu conversations. I can understand, read and write English but I cant speak fluently in front of people but Im aiding it by reading English genres of novels or any kind of reading materials, watch American films and listen to foreign songs. Im practicing my vocabulary speech by making a conversation in English with my close relatives and friends it was quite disturbing yet fun at the same time. And finally, though I have patience in software programming and hardware construction I can still say it is a part of my weakness because I know that I have to learn more things in those areas. I hope that the company could be the bridge for my weaknesss to be my strengths. 6. What are your criteria in working in a company? My criteria in working to a company are trainings/ programs that the company offers, security and career opportunities.

7. Are you willing to travel? Or do you have plans to work abroad?

For as long as there is an opportunity for personal growth locally and if the company still has an offer or need me I will not to go to travel. Serving the country first and make the company to be the top and well commercialized organization for consumer are the priorities of a good employee.

8. What can you contribute/offer for the company?

I would say that my full time and my attention to work are the things I can offer for the company. Im a man who doesnt believe in promises so instead of saying things Id rather to do it in the best way I can.

9. Thesis? Your contribution and role in the project?

The title of our thesis is E-helmet, it is an electronic helmet designed for accident and location detection. The main purpose of our thesis is to provide the rider a safety journey while using the motorcycle. We used modern technology such as android and Bluetooth for transmission of data. A security features such as helmet sensor, collision and location detection even alcohol intoxication meter are being provided by the project. All in all, our project was a success we meet our objectives and perform it well in front of the panel of judges. Though the implementation of our project is still a question, our product is attainable and effective to help consumers in their motorcycle problems. My role in our project is being the group leader, assembler and programmer in helmet side of our project. Also as a leader Im the organizer, distributor of the work of each member, motivator, supervisor and a guide to my member in the project.

10.OJT? Work and experience?

Ive had my OJT in TV5 Philippines located at Novaliches, Quezon City in Engineering Department under Broadcast Engineering Management and Maintenance System section. Were the one who stores, do the inventory, repairs, distribute, tests and issues the equipment to use by the broadcast team. We also had the chance to assign in the receiving station in the said Broadcast Company. We learned how to distribute the signal channels, how to multiplexed them and allocate the signals. We also construct a satellite dish for the added receiving medium of the station. My OJT experience is quite refreshing it gives me the idea of the real world of working in the industry.
