TECHNO STRESS The term techno stress was coined in 1984 by clinical psychologist Craig Brod, who described it as a modern disease caused by ones inability to cope or deal with information communication technologies in a healthy manner. Stress in the workplace is recognized as contributing to a litany of health and quality-of-life issues that could have far reaching consequences (Wikipedia, 2012).
