A. Database Structure Changes

(1) Steps to enhance structure PIN_CHDET: Execute transaction SE11. Select radio button Data Type. Enter PIN_CHDET as structure name. Add new field STATUS in the structure as shown below Click on Predefined Type button to enter data type & length. Component Component type Data Type Length Decimals STATUS CHAR 15 0

Save & Activate.

(2) Steps to enhance structure PIN_F16HT: Execute transaction SE11. Select radio button Data Type. Enter PIN_F16HT as structure name. Add new fields EMP_REFNO, CERT_NO, LAST_UPD, EMP_ADDRESS in the structure as shown below Click on Predefined Type button to enter data type & length.

(3) Steps to enhance structure HCM_HINCF160_TEMSEDETAILS_PDF: Execute transaction SE11. Select radio button Data Type. Enter HCM_HINCF160_TEMSEDETAILS_PDF as structure name. Add new field STATUS in the structure as shown below Click on Predefined Type button to enter data type & length. Save & Activate.

(4) Steps to enhance structure HCM_HINCF160_F16_PDF: Execute transaction SE11. Select radio button Data Type. Enter HCM_HINCF160_F16_PDF as structure name. Add new fields in the structure as shown below Click on Predefined Type button to enter data type & length for fields EMP_REFNO, CERT_NO, LAST_UPD & EMP_ADDRESS. For fields AMT_PAID_Q1, AMT_PAID_Q2, AMT_PAID_Q3, AMT_PAID_Q4, AMT_PAID maintain component type as MAXBT. In the Currency/quantity fields tab, for all the new fields added having component type as MAXBT & data type as CURR maintain the reference table as T500C & reference field as WAERS. (5) Steps to enhance structure HCM_HINCF160_F16_ACK: Execute transaction SE11. Select radio button Data Type. Enter HCM_HINCF160_F16_ACK as structure name. For all new fields maintain component type as MAXBT. Click on Currency/quantity fields tab, for all the new fields added having component type as MAXBT & data type as CURR maintain the reference table as T500C & reference field as WAERS. Save & Activate.

B. PDF Form Changes

(I) Form Interface Download the attached file 'SFPI_HR_IN_TAXF16.zip' on the local file system Unzip file 'SFPI_HR_IN_TAXF16.zip' to 'SFPI_HR_IN_TAXF16.XML' Execute SFP transaction, provide 'HR_IN_TAXF16' as interface name after selecting Interface radiobutton Select 'Change' tab Select 'Utilities -> Uploading Interface' Enter the 'File name' as complete path to the file stored on the local file Save and activate the interface

(II) Form Layout (1) Steps to upload XML file for HR_INTAXF16_2012 layout: Download the attached file 'SFPF_HR_INTAXF16_2012.zip' on the local file system Unzip file 'SFPF_HR_INTAXF16_2012.zip' to 'SFPF_HR_INTAXF16_2012.XML' Execute SFP transaction, provide 'HR_INTAXF16_2012' as form name after selecting Form radiobutton

C. SAP Script Layout Changes

(1) Steps to upload TXT file for HR_INTAXF16_2012 layout: Download attached file 'HR_INTAXF16_2012.txt' on the local file system. Execute transaction 'SE38'. Enter 'Program' as 'RSTXSCRP'. Execute (Shortcut key 'F8'). Enter 'Object Name' as 'HR_INTAXF16_2012'. Enter 'Mode (EXPORT / IMPORT)' as 'IMPORT'. Enter 'File Name' as complete path to the file stored on the file system in Step above. Execute (Shortcut key 'F8').

(2) Steps to upload TXT file for HR_INF16_2012_B layout: Download attached file 'HR_INF16_2012_B.txt' on the local file system. Execute transaction 'SE38'. Enter 'Program' as 'RSTXSCRP'. Execute (Shortcut key 'F8'). Enter 'Object Name' as 'HR_INF16_2012_B'. Enter 'Mode (EXPORT / IMPORT)' as 'IMPORT'. Enter 'File Name' as complete path to the file stored on the file system in Step above. Execute (Shortcut key 'F8').
Enter the 'Package Name' as 'PC40' and save.
