The purpose of this magazine is to provide you with specialized information from a unique community; dedicated to and built upon the Love and Light of Michael Jackson. We bring you this material by way of the countless groups and projects created because of Michael Jackson. This magazine will be dedicated to those projects with undertakings that build up the community; and actually possess the healing and light properties needed to help change a world filled with darkness and a community that has become infested with it. We wish to provide the Community Trunk, the new body of Michael Jackson, with information about new and delightful support projects. There has been too much Junk attached to his trunk and it is time we start anew by peeling away the old and rotted garbage from his amazing trunk, his community. We hope you will be a part of the solution and not the rubbish. There should be no room for old junk in a new trunk. Michael is a new creature in Christ Jesus. All the old has passed away and behold, all things have become new. We wish to be an avenue to the beautiful things going forward; and share those things in this magazine once a month. We want to appeal to the rooted fans as well as the innovative. Dont put JUNK in your new TRUNK. It devalues your new found treasure.

A Loving Tribute To The King of Pop by Eliza Lo | Wix.com
Michael Jackson entered my life after his untimely passing. I never was a huge fan of his, but that changed on June 25th, 2009, as the world was mourning the loss of the greatest entertainer of all time. People from all over the globe were affected so deeply. I started reading and learning everything I could about him, wondering why he had made such a huge impact on the world. I was amazed to find out about not only his achievements in music, but more importantly his humanitarian work. I was angry at myself for how little I knew about this great man. I began drawing him, even though I have never had any formal training. I didnt know if my drawings were good or bad, but I just did my best to capture his essence. Every stroke is from my heart and meant to let the world know that he was indeed a very beautiful man with an even more beautiful soul. A friend of mine told me about a website called Michael Jackson Tribute Portrait where you could sign up to be a dot in the portrait David Ilan was doing to honor Michael. I signed up for my dot and shortly after that another dot member emailed me asking me to send some of my drawings to Valmai Owens, Director of Publications and Editor for a tribute eBook titled Fans in the Mirror. I sent her my work and was very pleased that she included my drawings in the publication. Valmai also created an eMagazine called Jam Caf and had a section called the Eliza Lo Gallery, where my artwork was featured. Because of these publications I have made friends with many MJ fans throughout the world. From the exposure I received from the eBook and eMagazine people started telling me that I should publish my work. I was hesitant, but with the help of friends and family it became a reality, and in 2011 I published a book of my drawings titled A Loving Tribute to The King of Pop and later started selling single prints of my work on the Fine Art America website. It is my sincere wish and hope that Michaels mother Katherine and Michaels three children, Prince, Paris and Blanket, could receive a copy of my book, as it is my desire to share what has touched my heart about their son and father, respectively, with them. I have never wanted to make any money for myself from my work. I felt if I was lucky enough to sell my work that I would use any money I made to continue Michaels wish of taking care of the sick and underprivileged children. I found a charity that did just that. I give every penny I make from my work to Feed My Starving Children and as of this date have fed over 10,000 children with the proceeds. Michael taught us love, humanity and how to be better people. My hope is that we all will follow his example. Michael, you will be forever loved and missed. Leaked Fakes and ...Xscape By: Corinne Montorfani

Despite being known for some time, we all drooled forward after Brian May broke the news of an upcoming restoration for an imminent official publication. Another one, in my opinion, that will never be published simply because of its primordial state: "People of the world. MJ composed and produced the song in 1998 and offered it to J-Friend for the Charity Project dedicated to Children of Kobe. The song was released on January 13, 1999 with Japanese lyrics. The version landed on YouTube with MJ whispering "Been to Ukraine, and I darara dada and I. .. daradaaa, daralaa, schdarada, 'its just a sketch with standard bases and no lyrical composition. It 'a great gift for us on an emotional level because we hear MJ's voice and have a glimpse of how a piece comes to life. The problem it is different and has been rightly highlighted by Damien Shields in his article "Michael Jacksons Musical Treasure Trove: Looted and Leaked. Shields who has nothing to do with the MJ Estate, and for sure took no part in the wide-spread of these unpublished compositions, appealed to fans to stop these disclosures; by asking them to be rather more reflexive and not get caught by the enthusiasm to "share with other fans illegal music. If you ponder on the heritage, the conservation and the enhancement of MJ's legacy, you see things differently and very valid points. Leaked songs emerged without proper authorization debases the joy to wholly appreciate something new coming from our preferred artist! Michael loved to cultivate the "surprise" effect. He was proud of his work. He spent years working on each title in order to give us the perfect gift dressed up with excellent videos or with a precise concept. Michael would not finish a song if it would not become a classic.

Between October 2013 and March 2014 we had the pleasure of listening to at least five (5) unreleased Michael Jackson demos ... not bad uhm?? What a pleasure hearing his voice! Many songs were already known through snippets spread previously on YouTube by the avid collectors of bootlegs who inhabit fan communities, and thanks to them we finally heard the full versions. True, this kind of trading practice between collectors is definitely illegal, but the bootlegs parallel market has always been flourished and strong for MJ music and artists of good caliber. With this, I have found hilarious some of the so-called serious fans comments cry scandal for the distribution of these goodies ... "Look who's preaching!" The same people who sold dozens of DVD Pirates to fans, not to mention the champagne cork gadgets for "Bad 25" (duly sold behind Sony Music shoulders). Everyone knowing a bit of how the music industry works, knows that demos have no commercial value in terms of royalties, and the demos circulated lately do not affect the songs ownership financially; because they have nothing to do with the conversion of a Demo produced and finalized for an original product officially distributed. The difference is in the quality of the recording and because of this reason - every fan will purchase the product with closed eyes if ever published. Collectors included.

So ..uploading collectors material on the web is like disclosing the end of a movie on YouTube, being sure that "well all go to see the movie anyway"...true ...but knowing already the end does that not spoil the rest of the story?.. On the other hand, if the market of MJ bootlegs is very strong its also because very little has been given to fans. Knowing the treasures that the MJ vault contain, the offers from Sony since 2009 up to now have been almost ridiculous. They gave us a dozen of unreleased songs on This Is It and Bad25 and the most resounding product was the 1988 Wembley concert. I do not count The Immortal Album because, beside the fact that it is very well done, its just a remix collection. At the same time the leaks on YouTube allowed us to have Do you know where your children are, Blue Gangsta, Slave to The Rhythm, I'm a loser, Days In Gloucestershire, Hollywood Tonight, A Place with No Name, snippets of Dangerous Tour 1993, Victory Tour and a few others. Such titles summarize the situation. Im sure if it would be produced by the official channels, an album would sell like hot cakes. Also, it is clear that massacres such as "Hollywood Tonight" and "Behind the Mask" make fans want to listen to some "little things" untouched... Unfortunately for Sony & Company the disclosure of the Demo "Hollywood Tonight" showed how Michaels work was just killed in a context of low-quality from people who we thought to be professional. The song is in fact much better than the version being inflicted upon us in the posthumous "Michael" and finally has seized us all of his authenticity. Beautiful the end with the rumour of the car that goes away (and so very much MJ ). At the same time you can understand why Michael never released this song. Actually it is a good song for any other musician or standard singer, but not for Michael who always liked

to raise the bar. The song has no feeling, excitement which are prerogative of all MJ pieces. We know very well that he was a perfectionist and never satisfied with average results. So why alter the recordings on the Michael release??? It would have had much better results with the original/real recordings using HQ sound! And if the Hollywood Tonight Demo was not enough to show the inconsistent and careless job of Sony & Company, sadly a sort of Demo of Monster from the 2010 Michaelalso resurfaced. I do remember something similar was already out a few weeks before the release of Michael in 2010 and it was quickly removed from YouTube: not a demo in my opinion, more a first remix of the mix or maybe the job of a dude who wanted to ride the wave of leaks. Michael might be present in the song no more than 15% and every time is questionable collages. The voice is already altered and you can clearly hear samples of Black or White clips, Scream and Ghosts... A nightmare! I just hope not to listen again to the so called "demos" of Keep Your Head Up, where the Earth song chorus is definitely recognizable or worse... experience one more time Breaking News a cappella, for which ears defender are highly needed! Far be it from me to re- discuss a never ending story about the authenticity of MJ's voice but I would like to point out that at the time of the release, Sony & Company never said that MJ sings this song on the album MICHAEL. Be careful to understand the meaning of the words... then, if you imagine why they did not comment anything after the fans' complaints, you can find a lot of answers. If you look at the way the song personnel of Breaking News is listed, it is clear that there is no MJ as lead vocal, actually there isn't anyone as lead vocal on it :

With this I want to make a connection to the series of lectures by Brad Sundberg. He definitely got the green light from Sony and the Estate to exhibit and share unreleased MJ demos during the conferences (possibly with constraints on time limits for each song transmission and according to the original recordings). I wonder if it ever came to his mind if MJ would have given the consent to do so (knowing how he hated people listening to unfinished material) or if, as a former employee, he felt to be legitimized in the relationship of trust with MJ? No? However, whatever happens, and whatever could be the answer, Michael Jackson is dead, and he has never given his consent to broadcast his work at conferences, especially talking about the equipment used and his little secrets during the recordings. So, whatever could be the purpose of these conferences, the fact is that this material was recorded with Sundberg, but hes not the owner of it.
As a fan I welcome the initiative because of 4 hours of pure oblivion in the music world and especially MJs world. However this does not divert my attention from the fact that Michael certainly would not have agreed to spread his unfinished work in detail and to his fans. What I honestly do not understand is why people like Brad Sundberg or Michael Prince, who has worked on a lot of recent MJ songs, have not been called to draft the posthumous album we are all waiting for.
James Porte is a young artist managed by Dileo at that time. And it was Dileo that probably touched most of the artists income. In music business the more an artist is well known and famous, the more he can negotiate a high percentage of the revenue he generates and share with his manager and vice versa if he is unknown. This is the case .... The MICHAEL project is an album done with the lowest possible budget. No wonder fans did not like it. It was genuine crap and did not comply with THE MICHAEL JACKSON

It is true that MJ Albums titles were always finalized by Bruce Swedien (I do not think there have been exceptions) and former employees might not be needed. Nevertheless if we consider how Michael expected them to be finalized before even considering to include one of them in a possible album his former employees, who built up with him the sound, could be a good help to minimize the sharp and disappointing differences, we fans, will forever find between the tracks finalized when MJ was alive and totally in charge of it, and the tracks "as MJ would have wanted." So...like many of us and with all the above premises Im a little afraid while waiting for the new MJ posthumous album ... And I wonder...if it will be an audio of scraped pieces found by chance who knows where?! If this will be the case be prepared that we will not recognize MJs voice but Sony, producers & Company will specify to us that MJ was singing into a "curved tape" experimenting a "new sound voice effect! And sadly it will sell anyway because the announcement of the unreleased single Slave to the Rhythm which we already know and has been used to commercialize a phone in a remixed disco fashion (totally lacking of MJ sound ) had more than 10,000,000 views on YouTube and is actually a bad start..I do not think many fans will buy an album remixed if the original version is unknown, especially after the leak of Hollywood Tonight because this song has become the best evidence of their failure when it comes to finish MJ pieces and I do not see the legitimacy of Timbaland on Slave To The Rhythm apart from the sales side. I want

It seems that the fans loud protests have been heard for once in this department. Lets just hope Michael is singing this time and his beautiful voice is not involved in other miserable copy/paste. According to the press release, Xscape is the only track on the album to be contemporized by the producer who recorded it originally in the studio with Michael, Rodney Jerkins, (but...the song is already WOWwhy doodle with it) the rest of it was on Timbalands hands.. Am I going to buy the deluxe package?? I do not think so. I do not budge from my position for the time being although Im sincerely ready to say OK, I was wrong; if something reflecting Michael Jacksons high quality and taste emerges from this album. To me this is not an MJ album, but I hope it will be a wonderful Tribute To Michael Jackson! Press release contains so much blablabla, misleading advertising, inaccurate information and reflects how The Estate of Michael Jackson is tied up with Sony but...hey..business is business and we have to accept this reality at least up to 2017 when Sonys contract with the Estate will end.

DISPELLING MYTHS AND RUMORS

Last week Michael Jackson's guitarist discredited widely reported allegations about the star's behaviour on the road. So why is the media refusing to publish her comments? British writer Charles Thomson explores media bias against black music's biggest star. Aging glam-rocker Gene Simmons made international headlines last month when he claimed to know that Michael Jackson had molested children. In an interview with Classic Rock, Simmons alleged that Jackson was on tape ordering alcohol for children and that during the star's 2005 trial a travel agent had testified to importing Brazilian boys for Jackson's amusement. He also claimed that a musician friend had quit a Jackson tour after seeing 'boys coming out of the hotel rooms.' What followed was a classic example of copy and paste journalism. Within hours the story had been duplicated by hundreds of blogs, forums and news websites from Australia to India to the USA. None of them had fact-checked the story before they re-hosted it. Jackson was never on tape ordering alcohol for children. There was never any testimony during his trial about young Brazilian boys. Both of these claims were easily disproven by trial transcripts. As a relative Jackson expert, I was also unaware of any musician ever leaving one of the singer's tours midway through. So when I sat down a fortnight ago for an interview with Jackson's long serving tour guitarist Jennifer Batten, I ran the story by her. She told me that no musician had ever quit a Jackson tour. Two musicians had been fired but both were let go before the show hit the road, so they couldn't possibly have witnessed anything going on inside hotels. When Sawf News published Batten's rebuttal I observed an all too familiar phenomenon. Although the story appeared on Google News and was picked up fairly swiftly by the Examiner, nobody else seemed willing to touch it. Whilst Simmons's speculative and ultimately baseless accusations had been reproduced the world over, Batten's expert rebuttal was being suppressed. I soon began receiving emails from Jackson's fans telling me that they were sending the story to every celebrity news outlet they could think of, including several of those which published Simmons's initial allegations. But more than 48 hours later, typing an exact quote from Simmons's rant into a search engine produced almost 350 webpages. The number of news outlets hosting Batten's rebuttal? Three. This was not the first time I'd had a Jackson story suppressed. After Evan Chandler's suicide in November 2009 I was contacted by the Sun and asked to supply information about the 1993 allegations. I spent quite some time compiling my research, advising the newspaper of common myths and how to avoid them, being careful to source all of my facts from legal documents and audio/visual evidence. is undeniable. The suppression of Batten's comments proves once more than when it comes to Jackson the media is interested not in fact or reason but negativity and sensationalism. Batten accompanied Jackson on all three of his world tours and was known for a decade as his 'right hand woman'. But Simmons -- who self-confessedly did not know Jackson -- has been given over 100 times more media coverage for his inaccurate ranting than Batten has for her firsthand experience.

It is time for outlets to assume responsibility for their own content. Websites should not re-host other publishers' stories unless they can be completely certain that the content is factual. Even if the media refuses to print the truth about Jackson, they should compromise by not printing the lies either. At least that way he can rest in peace. When I read the finished article I was stunned to find that all of my information had been discarded and replaced with the very myths I had advised them to avoid. I alerted staff to the inaccuracies but my emails were not replied. The same inaccuracies appeared in every single article I read about the suicide. The same bias manifested itself the following month when Jackson's FBI file was released. Across more than 300 pages of information there was not one piece of incriminating evidence -- but that's not the way the media told it. A videotape seized at customs in West Palm Beach and analysed for child pornography was repeatedly referred to as belonging to Jackson. In actuality, files stated merely that the tape was 'connected' to Jackson and that connection appeared simply to be that somebody had written his name on the sticky label. In another document the FBI logged a telephone call from a tipster claiming that the bureau had investigated Jackson during the 1980s for molesting two Mexican boys. The files made no other mention of the supposed investigation and the claim was ascribed no validity -- the call was merely noted. But the media persistently referred to the anonymous tipster's unsupported allegations as the FBI's own conclusions. Jackson's FBI file overwhelmingly supported his innocence

but its contents were routinely manipulated to give the opposite impression. Many are quick to scoff when Jackson's fans speak of a media conspiracy to destroy the star's reputation and I used to scoff with them. As a member of the industry I prefer not to think of it as sinister and conspiratorial, but I find it increasingly difficult to explain away the bias with which Jackson is treated. I wonder whether the problem is pride. When the 1993 allegations broke, the vast majority of information available was released, either officially or unofficially, by the prosecution. Jackson, meanwhile, remained characteristically silent.
Perhaps because the prosecution's version of events went almost completely unchallenged (although I imagine that drama and selling newspapers had something to do with it, too), the media primarily chose to portray Jackson as guilty.
But as the facts started to trickle out it became increasingly apparent that the case was full of holes. The allegations had been instigated not by the boy but by his father, who had demanded a scriptwriting deal from Jackson before he went to the police. He was on tape plotting to destroy Jackson's career and dismissing his son's wellbeing as 'irrelevant'. Then the boy told cops that Jackson was circumcised, but a police body search concluded that he was not. Although Jackson's innocence looked increasingly likely, most news outlets had made their bed and to this day they seem unwilling to do anything but lie in it. Whatever the motivation, be it pride, profit or plain old racism, the bias against Jackson

spite all of the obstacles and hurdles Hannah faces each day, she faces them with a smile that could light up a room. Her personality is contentious and her compassion for other is amazing. Hannah has every reason to be down and grumpy, yet Hannah makes every effort to make those around her feel special. Hannah can be found helping at the local recreation center, delivering holiday cheer to the elderly, raising money and support for cystic fibrosis research and helping her community be a better more positive place to live. Hannah has the ability to make
Hannah Jaylynn Smith is an 8 year old girl who is affected by Cystic Fibrosis (CF). Cystic Fibrosis is a genetic disease the effects the respiratory and digestive system of those infected. The cause is a mutation in the gene that causes people living with CF to have abnormally thick mucus causing chronic lung infections and the inability to receive nutrients from food. The pancreas is plugged with mucus rendering useless and unable to produce the natural enzymes that body uses to break down the food and obtain the crucial nutrients the body needs to grow and thrive. Cystic Fibrosis patients set course for a life full of hospitalizations, daily respiratory treatments, and multiple medications to control and alleviate some symptoms of the cystic fibrosis. The progression of her disease causes her lungs to fill with scar tissue due to chronic lung infections and chronic coughing.
Hannah and all other battling CF face the stark reality of potential lung transplants to prolong their life and the ever fear of respiratory failure. Currently there is no cure for cystic fibrosis. De21
those around her feel a little more humble, a little happier and most of all a little more special, that is just who Hannah is, someone that cares so much about those around her. Hannah loves to be active and engaged with her family, friends, supporters, and community. Hannah puts 100% into all that she does. Hannah is active in sports playing soccer, basketball and softball. Hannah enjoys winters and can often be found outside playing with her siblings and friends. Hannah is an active skier, when she is able to attend. Hannah is battling CF each and every day, really with each and every breath.

Although Hannah does not allow her CF to affect her attitude and personality Hannah is unable to control the effect it has on her body. There are many times when Hannah has to miss a practice, a game, a tournament, a sleep over, an outing. Hannah still struggles to understand why and the older she gets the more questions she has. Those questions are tough to answer because currently there is no cure, but Hannah says, Lets find one.
Hannah missing school due to her illness and is always eager to be with her friends and learn. Hannah loves school, Hannah loves her teachers, and she just cares so much about those around her that when she has to miss she does get upset. Hannah loves riding her bike and swimming in the summer. She enjoys camping with her family and hiking to keep her lungs strong. The summers are a little tougher with air quality and humidity being of concern. Currently, Hannah and her supporters known as the HOPE FOR HANNAH team hold yearly fundraising events to help find a cure for CF. Team Hope for Hannah is committed to finding a cure and has several events that include the national Great Strides walk, annual coed Softball tournament, horseshoe tournament, and whiffle ball tournament and many other events throughout the year.
Hannahs house is located near wetlands. This presents Hannah with a very dangerous situation. Hannah is unable to be around standing water. People with CF have a hard time eradicating fungus and bacteria found in standing water. Do to the overwhelming amount of moisture surrounding Hannahs house there are some mold concerns that the family is trying to deal with. Currently the family is trying to provide Hannah with a safe home to call her own. The home is in need of some major renovation to provide Hannah with a safe environment. The mold needs to be cleaned and measures put into place that makes sure it does not return. The family is trying to get proper drainage installed so the yard does not fill up with water, currently the water has no place to drain and stays on the yard for many days after a rain storm or after the Spring thaw. In addition to these renovations the family is trying to install and air purification system in the house to provide Hannah with cleaner, healthier air to breath.. HEAL THE WORLD FOR CHILDREN HELPING THE YOUTH OF CAMBODIA
Our 2013 global project was helping the youth of Cambodia. Throughout the year we raised approximately $4,000 and used every penny of that fund to fulfill the needs of some very deserving Cambodians at the Savong Orphan Center and Student Center. We had a party for about 100 kids and teens. They prepared a ceremony for us which included singing Heal The World. Dinner was served followed by hours of dancing and lots of fun.
Wed like to send a deep and sincere thank you to everyone who contributed to this global project. Its important that our supporters know that 100% of the donations were spent on the children. Some of the girls at the Savong Student Center are currently living in one room at a guest house while attending school. We sponsored school tuition for one of them named Milea. We also purchased bikes for them to help them get to and from school. During our visit we learned that they are in need of some essential items such as backpacks, shoes and shampoo, so we went shopping for them. To continue our support of such miscellaneous necessities, we also decided to sponsor their small monthly allowance for an entire year. Another much needed item for the girls was a computer monitor that we purchased. The Savong Student Center facility is where the boys live. We purchased computers, desks and chairs for their new computer room and they placed a plaque outside the door recognizing HTWFC as the donor. We also bought a bike for one of the boys. During our visit we spent some time teaching basic English to the kids and hanging out with them.

Oh to dash off to the Salvation Army to buy clothes was a novelty and while Katherine looked for clothes, Michael and Jermaine scouted out the toys with hope of finding any donated trains. Michael loved trains, just like back in those days of standing in line for food stamps; and receiving the basics to survive because that is what a lot of us did back then. And here we are, the baby boomers, some still living to tell about it. Can you remember how you were disciplined back then? I can. I got the strap just like the Jacksons. I also got whipped with a stick or a tree branch just like the Jacksons. Were you a sensitive child and took and felt things deeply? I know I did as Michael also felt maybe more than his brothers. What did your dad do for work? My adopted dad was a seaman, leaving my adopted mother at home with three kids to raise and back then, that was no easy task. Joe Jackson worked at a failing steel mill with holes in his shoes, no lunch most of the time, had a band, as music was in his veins, called the Falcons, that he never could abstain the true success of it. Joe also was raised by a super strict, lack of emotion father himself so, in turn, Joe passed on the only way to be 24
with his own kids. Michael took his discipline the hardest as I did myself. Michael also held a grudge against Joe for the beatings as a child, but we are all guilty of that at some point in our childhood. Nevertheless we also forgave our parents as Michael forgave Joe and also confessed his love for him. Now Michael, in his adulthood, with the sharks swarming around him and deals he didn't trust, who did he call upon?? JOE!!! When all is said and done, our pasts helps to shape most of who we are today. The most popular, most televised example that can be given is the Jackson Family. I'm not saying that our discipline or how we got it was good, bad or indifferent, but it was what it was back in those days. Today, if you get hit at all, kids call the law because a good old fashion spanking is against the law. So, looking back from a poverty stricken, gangs mounting, drug dealing town of Gary, Indiana to worldwide fame of the Jackson Family, Joe and Katherine Jackson must have done something right.

Born on October 29, 1961, Randy Jackson sometimes performed with his brothers in The Jackson 5. He became an official member in the mid-1970s, when the group became known as the Jacksons. Jackson and his brothers had several hit records, including Victory in 1984. He released a solo album in 1989. These days, Jackson is better known for his disputes regarding his late brotherMichael Jackson's estate, and other arguments with some of his family members, than he is for his music career.
The second-youngest child born into a musical dynasty, Steven Randall Jackson, better known as Randy Jackson, was born in Gary, Indiana on October 29, 1961. Jackson grew up in the shadow of his older brothers: Comprised of Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, Marlon and Michael, The Jackson 5 had become one of the top acts of the 1970s. While he performed with his brothers several times over the years, Jackson didn't become an official member of the group until the mid-1970s. The Jackson 5 renamed themselves the Jacksons after switching from the Motown to the Epic record label. Motown retained the rights to the "Jackson 5" name in the split, and brother Jermaine decided to stay on with Motown. Randy Jackson was brought in to replace Jermaine.
EARLY LIFE

The group, however, seemed to fracture soon after the album was released: Michael Jackson, the group's front man, had become the "King of Pop" with his internationally successful album Thriller, and Marlon decided to leave the g r o u p a f t e r the Victory tour. The Jacksonsnow with only Randy, Jackie, Jermaine and Titopressed on, releasing their commercially disappointing album, 2300 Jackson Street, named after their address of their childhood home, in 1989. That same year, Randy Jackson went out on his own for the first time. He released Randy & The Gypsies, but his solo career failed to take off.

Randy's first album with his brothers, The Jacksons, came out in 1976, which featured the Top 10 pop and R&B hit "Enjoy Yourself." The following year, Goin' Places was released, but it failed to spawn any major hits. The Jackson brothers sought greater creative control of their work and ended up writing the songs for their next album, Destiny (1978). Propelled by such singles as "Blame It on the Boogie" and "Shake Your Body (Down to the Ground)," Destiny proved to be anothe r hit for the musical super group. Triumph, released in 1980, went platinum. Around this time, Randy Jackson was involved in an auto accident. He broke both of his legs in the incident, and he took nearly a year to recover. ichael Jacksons creative genius introduced the world to the concept of massive massive vision, massive avenues of artistic expression all wrapped up in the idea of ERAS. Because each album Michael created took approximately four years to pass the rigorous standards Michaels perfectionism required, each debut was anxiously anticipated. Unlike other singers, however, Michaels vision extended into much more than a few tunes on an album. To be sure, the music was always first. But, with Michael, each song had gone through evolutions because melodies, harmonies, beatboxing, instrumentation, orchestration, lyrics, collaborations all were the tangible manifestation of what Michael saw and heard in his mind. To be sure, Michael chose amazing talent to work withbut, the final product was all Michael. Accepted by even the most rudimentary Michael Jackson student, Michaels harmonies and beatboxing, rhythms and vocal layers and range are legend. A typical MJ album would take between 10 and 15 months in the studio. His budget allowed for as many as 100 songs to be recorded for any given project. Some would be discarded early on, while others were fine tuned. Musicians would be brought in to add their textures and ideas, but in the center of it all was Michael. ( Brad Sundberg) Joined into the wealth of musical integrity was Michaels VISUAL REPRESENTATION of the work. He was a pioneer and innovator extraordinaire. Still today, Michaels work is studied and imitated by many. Here again, however, unlike other artists, Michaels short films were taken from HIS IMAGINATION AND VISION, he wrote or co-wrote EVERYTHING. ATTENTION TO DETAIL IS PROMINANT IN ALL OF MICHAELS WORKLITERALLY NOTHING IS LEFT TO CHANCEEVERYTHING IS INTENTIONAL. Set design, staging, costumes, make-upEVERYTHING! To promote albums, artists are asked by record companies to do performances. That would be common. MICHAELS PERFORMANCES WERE ANYTHING BUT COMMON. At the beginning of EVERY project Michael would set the tone by saying. I want this to be the biggest and best that has ever been done! Mediocrity was not a term in Michaels vocabulary. And so, HIS SHOWS WERE THE GREATEST ON THE PLANETand, EACH AND EVERY CREATIVE DECISION WAS HIS. tunity to read it, I highly recommend that you do. Adding to performance, Michael included his public life in the mix, using his global platform for philanthropy and social change. His intention was to bring his music to the world in an effort to help heal it. He visited as many hospitals and orphanages as he did concerts. Heads of State wanted to meet with him. He lived his humanitarian life every day he was on the planet and his public life went to further that goal. Because he is the most awarded artist in history, Michael had many opportunities all around the world to turn his acceptance speeches into pleas for a better worldFOR CHANGE. You see, Michael not only expressed a need for social change and environmental change in his music and lyrics and speeches and interviewsHE LIVED AS A ROLE MODEL FOR US ALL TO FOLLOW. He completely believed in the POWER OF THE PEOPLE and he turned to his FANS for help. Unlike other artists who, when the show is done, ESCAPEMichael viewed the after show as important as all the rest. His vehicle traveled the streets to his hotel slowly as he greeted Fans. He signed autographs and talked with Fans.

Dr. Martin is correct that 45,000 people die each year from lack of insurance. And the myths around Canadian health care are debunked here. Additionally, Canada is ranked 30th in the World Health Organization rankings of health systems, while the United States ranks 37th. And we spend more than anyone else in the world to get that rank. Dr. Danielle Martin, vice president at the Women's College Hospital in Toronto, totally schooled Sen. Richard Burr (R-N.C.) on health care Tuesday. Martin was in Washington D.C. to answer questions from a U.S. Senate subcommittee led by Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) on different health care systems around the world. When Burr asked Martin "on average how many Canadian patients on a waiting list die each year," she answered with a fact about the American healthcare system. "Do you know?" Burr asked. I dont, sir, but I know that there are 45,000 in America who die waiting because they dont have insurance at all," Martin said. But that wasn't the only question Martin schooled Burr on. There was also this exchange: Burr: What do you say to an elected official who goes to Florida and not the Canadian system to have a heart valve replacement? Martin: Its actually interesting, because in fact the people who are the pioneers of that particular surgery, which Premier Williams had, and have the best health outcomes in the world for that surgery, are in Toronto, at the Peter Munk Cardiac Center, just down the street from where I work. So what I say is that sometimes people have a perception, and I believe that actually this is fueled in part by media discourse, that going to where you pay more for something, that that necessarily makes it better, but its not actually borne out by the evidence on outcomes from that cardiac surgery or any other. The President and Founder of the National Action Network , a civil rights organization, Reverend Al Sharpton served as Keynote Speaker for the Gala Awards ceremony. Reverend Sharpton gave a very powerful speech and put emphasis on the fact that calling women of color B*%#HS & H#% S is not free speech but a hate speech. He wants young men of color to respect women more and understand these women are mothers and sisters in the community. In 2002 Reverend Sharpton teamed up with Michael Jackson and held a press conference at the NAN Headquarters in Harlem to protest the unfair abusive treatment of recording artists and musicians by the music industry. Rev. AL has become healthier and has lost over 100 pounds.

I was very honored and proud to meet this young man. Mr. Chiloe Meyers a 12 year old coin collector. Chiloe stopped by my minsters booth Dr. Lee Warren: Executive Director of PLIM (www.plim2.org ). Dr. Warren was selling real 1 ounce silver coins to raise funds for our bible class. Chiloe has collected rare coins from all over the world. Dr. Warren gave him a free coin and the next day Chiloe brought us some of his coins to check the value of what he had in his collection. As it turns out, he had 21 dimes that were 90% silver 1964 and back. The dimes were worth between $50-$60. Chiloe was at the expo with his parents who both work for The Illinois Department of Public Health. I saw one of the vendors walk past promoting this shoe and I had to take a picture of it. This is the perfect shoe for the bride of Michael Jackson or the bride for any man for that matter lol. T-MOBILE CARING FOR CUSTOMERS AT CORPORATE LEVEL With all of the negative press and issues with various cell phone companies causing disgruntle customers in the universe. I would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge one in particular that will resolve customer issues at the corporate level. FIRST AND FOREMOST DISCLAIMER: THIS ARTICLE IS NOT AN ENDORSEMENT FOR T-MOBILE. I am not a huge fan of the cell phone industry. I do feel cell phones are necessary especially in case of an emergency. Cell phone companies have a tendency to take advantage of customers by trying to sale them packages that includes services they ordinarily would not use. Last summer my mother was in a rehab facility recovering from shoulder surgery. My brother decides to take my mothers cell phone to T-Mobile and change her pay as you go plan to a monthly plan without my mothers permission. My brother thought he was doing the right thing but due to the fact my mother only uses her cell phone for emergencies a pay as you go plan is better suited for her. When my mother discovered this, she try to explain to T-Mobile retail outlet what happened and they refuse to help her. My brother changed her plan to $50 per month and when the month ended she was wandering why her phone wasnt working so she went to the store. She was asked to put $10 to add minutes and then told she was on a monthly plan. My mother spoke with several customer service reps and she was not able to receive a refund, and she had been a customer for over 4 years. Well after months of going back and forth with her about calling corporate she finally gave in and decided to put my persuasive skills to the test. I researched the company CEO & President and sent them a email on behalf of my mother who is a 78 year old senior citizen that has voting power when it comes to an election (year) hint hint! Well to my surprise- but not really, corporate called my mother the next day apologized and put $50 worth of minutes on her phone. T-Mobile was very concerned that someone was able to change a customer plan without their pin number and without their permission. T-Mobile is now cleaning house and reiterating their policies and procedures. I suggested to them only payments can be made in store from other individuals and if customers want to change their plan in person it must be the account holder and show picture ID. All I can say what could have turned into bad publicity is now great publicity for T-Mobile because I am writing and publishing this story.

Was Dr. Tohme R. Tohme involved in the murder conspiracy of Michael Jackson? The answer is yes without a doubt, but it c an not be blamed on just one man. No matter how it has been staged, the majority of MJ fans know that he was murdered by key people in the entertainment world, simply out of greed, jealousy and the resentfulness of a black mans riches and power. Michael believed that some were out to murder him for his music catalog. This belief started after he left Sony music and publicly not only embarrassed Tommy Mottola, but spoke out on racist issues involving Mottolas attitude toward other black artist in the music industry, which ultimately led to Sony terminating Mottola. As a matter of fact it is difficult to connect Tohme Tohme to pretty much anything or anyone as he is known for using many alias names, even on legal documents. It is not only illegal to use alias names on legal documents as he does, but Tohme R. Tohme also had fraudulent real estate loans but resolved them without even having to go to court, which means that he has strong connections. Connections that allow him to get away with these things as well as threatening to cause harm to an entire family of Jacksons without even being questioned by the DA. It has been publicly reported that, while Michael Jackson was alive, Dr. Tohme Tohme used the late singers Propofol addiction as an extortion tool threatening MJ hed tell the world of his drug habits. Heres what an insider recently revealed about the doctor who isnt licensed to practice medicine: Dr. Tohme Tohme blackmailed MJ to become his manager thats when Tohme went into Neverland Ranch, took paintings and other property to Juliens Auction and told them to sell it all. The Bentley Raffles Van Exel was seen driving last Wednesday in Los Angeles, with Dr. Tohme in the passenger seat, is part of that lawsuit. I personally find it ironic that Michael Jackson fired Tohme Tohme in May 2009. Afterwards Tohme declared to do harm to Michael and his family, and in June 2009 Michael Jackson is dead. Tohme although no longer his manager is seen in the parking lot walking and talking with Randy Phillips along with announcing the death of his former employer, Michael Jackson.
Tommy Mottola, Alvin Malnick, Uri Geller, Martin Bashir, Thomas Sneddon, Tohme Tohme, Randy Phillips, Conrad Murray, John Branca, John McClain and Howard Weitzman were all part of the plan to murder Michael Jackson and eventually take over all of his finances, leaving his family financially with no control.
The question is, did Tohme Tohme carry out his threats that he knew were already in affect after Michael Jackson fired him and could he still have access to Michaels home? I believe that he did and one way of having access was through Randy Phillips. There are many unanswered questions that still plague the minds of many Michael Jackson fans. Where and what is the real story behind the bloody shirt/blouse hanging in the closet? Initially there were bruises mentioned on Michael Jacksons body and knees that were not related to needle marks. Where is the surveillance footage the night before Michael died? How possibly was Tohme Tohme part of the 1st to know that Michael was taken to the hospital.considering he had been fired, considering he was supposedly so close to him, why was he not questioned by the DA or on trial for answers, not once has his name been mentioned.that is the name that we all know him by Tohme Tohme? Personally, I do believe that Tohme Tohme made good on his promise to be a part of the murder of Michael Jackson. When they land, Michael says, Im not letting you guys figure out your way because my parents at this point might have been alerted that something happened on the plane everythings cool. Chris: No. So they get my grandmother a wheelchair and Michael Jackson is pushing my grandmother through the LAX Airport through all these backend crazy little caverns theyre not dealing with the public but word gets out that Michael Jacksons at LAX right when hes pushing my grandmother through and trying to be secretive, not to get any attention. Granted you think theyre trying to get publicity doing stuff like this, hes doing his best to divert the paparazzi to help my grandparents so they end up doing three different limo changes just to divert the paparazzi with my grandmother in the wheelchair.

Michael Jackson Memorial Bench
The idea of having a Memorial Bench for Michael Jackson came to me a few days after Michael was taken away from us. All I kept hearing from the media were the lies that had been associated with Michael for years. I put myself in Mrs. Jacksons place and tried to understand how she must be feeling hearing all these things about her son who had just passed away and how painful it was for us His Fans. I decided that one of the ways that we could help her deal with her loss and at the same time help ourselves would be to have a memorial for Michael in his own country. We his fans needed a place where we could assemble every year on June 25th and August 29th to remember Michael in a peaceful environment. I mentioned this to Randi Nelson and she thought it was a great idea. The next step was to decide on the place for the memorial. We thought about several places, but ultimately decided on the Brooklyn Botanical Garden. Randi and I felt it was perfect and a place that Michael would be proud of. The Brooklyn Botanical Garden is absolutely beautiful. Michaels Bench is located in an area that is very accessible from the main entrance, it overlooks the Cherry Blossom Esplanade and there is a tree that is very reminiscent of the tree Michael use to climb that

had the spot for him to sit on when he wanted to be close to Heaven on at Neverland. We started the Michael Jackson Memorial Bench page in 2012 and we had three years
to meet our goal. Randi and thought it would be really great if we met our goal by the fifth anniversary of Michaels passing. Due the generosity of less than 40 members, we were able to meet our goal in March, 2014. We are very excited about this and are now in the planning stages for the Dedication ceremony and our private dinner. It is our hope that Michaels fans will make his Memorial Bench at the Brooklyn one of their many stops on June 25 and on August 29th of every year. Linda Durogene & Randi Nelson

Was the KOP's Adversities Foretold in the Wiz?
How heavy is the head that wears the crown. This line was spoken by the scarecrow character in the 1978 movie The Wiz. Billed as an urban adaptation of the Wizard of Oz, it starred heavy-hitters of the day like Diana Ross as Dorothy, Richard Pryor as The Wizard and, of course, Michael Jackson as the scarecrow. Although it was a visually stimulating sonic treat, in the end, neither the projects ambition nor the soundtracks funkiness could save the movie. It was a flop and signaled the end of Motowns foray into movie making.
As I matured, however, I started to see another layer to the film. Call me a rabid Michael Jackson fan conspiracy theorist with her 20/20 hindsight goggles firmly affixed, but to me the tragic story of the scarecrow mirrors Michael Jacksons fate and relationship with fame.
When we first meet the Scarecrow in the movie, hes hanging on a pole in the middle of a cornfield. For most of his life, Michael Jackson was stuck on a pole of fame- exposed and later, arms outstretched in classic crucifixion pose. I assume that, much like the scarecrow, he was happy to be held in an exalted place above all. And he was surrounded by his own posse of laughing, dancing crows. Only later did he realize that they were laughing at him and dancing around him, much like pagans dancing around a sacrificial flame. But by the time he realized it, it was too late. Some believe that toward the end, he wanted off. He wanted to come down from his position. But hed been up there so long that, even if he did descend, would he remember how to walk on his own? The crows are the haters and mainstream media who made it their lifes work to convince him he was no good. Toward the end, he was vilified and crucified by the same people who put him up there. One of the saddest, most prophetic parts of the movie is when Dorothy tries to convince the scarecrow that he has a brain. When she takes off his hat, shes surprised to see shredded newspaper. Garbage, she gasps. And it was. Bits of unrelated information had slowly replaced any real thought or sense of self. The one that he chose to read was particularly eerie: heavy is the head that wears the crown. Thirty years later, his head would bear the weight of the crown of the King of Pop. The crown would eventually prove too heavy and crush its owner with both its majesty and its maintenance. Fame costs and it doesn't matter how much money one has. Fame doesnt want your money. It wants to stick you on a pole, replace your brain with garbage spoken by fools, and provide you with a cadre of crows to convince you that the two legs God gave you somehow dont work. To me, the cautionary tale for those seeking the heights of fame is laid plain in the message of the chorus of the scarecrows showstopper tune: You cant win, it tells you. You cant break even and you cant get out of the game. The Watchman
