Days to the Election Day

By Ihsan Fariza Indonesia is a democracy, where every legislative elections done by voting. In 1999, the first election has been held by government reform, after the fall of Suharto regime in 1998. During this period many political parties (political party) emerging. The political parties feel that's when they can raise people's interest after all this time people shackled in silence. But in fact, until now, people even confused to choose which political party is considered to be able to represent the interests and needs of the people. Eventually people just choose based on your likes and dislikes on the figure of the party. On April 9, 2014, Indonesian democratic party would do again. Why? Because the date of the Indonesian people will exercise their voting rights through the General Election (Election). Election is considered important because it is a medium implemented to voice the desire of the people in a democracy. This time people expect to be over-represented voices and interests, due to the reform of the electoral law. Elections in two years is considered more direct, free, honest and confidential. Now, in the 2014 election, the people were able to directly elect members of the Council, the Parliament and the Council with terms that are not much different from the last election. Both the DPD and DPR and DPRD contestants come from political parties eligible to contest elections. Before the election was held, would be a public campaign by the party or candidate members of the DPD, DPR and DPRD, so the voters know about the candidates and its programs. Well, it's certainly a good campaign is not a campaign outside the official schedule of the General Election Commission (KPU), which is from March to April 5 , 2014. While we are seeing now is a lot of parties and candidates for campaigns in the public media such as TV or flyers and banners on the street, which is not really be done on a large scale. The campaign should only be done in the house and another house candidates are permitted. A lot of violations in the campaign in Indonesia. Campaign should aim to share the message and mission of the candidates, the campaign has now become unhealthy. Candidates often do politics money by distributing some money to the people, then the campaign around the use of vehicles that are very noisy, banners attached to any place, of course, is very damaging to morale nation fair, honest and orderly. So, should we choose that candidates, of course not. Now, the society cleverer than before. They start to think about the Indonesias future. As the society, we need a figures that will make a better change, the figures that not only give a promise but also evidence, the figures that always give good thing in their environment, the figures that are not corrupt, the figures that are honest, fair, and orderly. Do we have that person? You can choose by your opinion, 1 voice, 1 hope, for Indonesia 1.
