For Drawing 1) For preparation of Equipment layout 1:50, 1:100 and 1:150 scale considered for A0 sheet size. 2) Where ever empty area shown on plot plan, we have considered one equipment and piping layout each. 3) For piping layout where ever needed we have considered 2 nos of plan. 4) For piperack 4 tier have been considered. (2 Plan layout, 1 Ground layout & additional 1 section for psv platform n 5) Utility station located on 15m radius as marked in plot plan. 6) Information Drawing sketches for hydraulic calculation considered with quantity of PSV, PUMP & Blow down va

For Equipment 1) All package equipments are individually counted as a part of scope though these are shown as a package part in P& 2) Package equipments those are not shown on plot plan but shown in P&ID also considered. 3) For Regeneration Gas Compressor Package D4.140201/02/03, Knock out drum, Lube oil tank, Lube oil cooler and 4) For Regeneration Gas Heater D1.140201/02/03 , Main and pilot burner and combustion air blower also counted as 5) Rack is also consider as one equipment for initial Modelling of Pipe Rack. For Piping 1) Inlet feed gas receiver pig trap P&ID not available, hence 13 no. of lines considered with vessel trim in major line 2) Instrument air lines have been considered in major line quantity with 30% extra as marked on plot plan. 3) Lines inside vendor package item have been considered in major line quantity. 4) Utility station with three services have been considered in auxiliary line quantity. 5) Assumed 1 analyser shelter for block-A & 2 analyser shelter for block-D. 6) For vessel trim quantity difference other than 4 have been added in major lines. 7) Close drain header consider only for package item. 8) Manhole quantity considered as per mark-up received from civil. 9) The quantity of lines has been counted by branch quantity except air cooler. 10) PSV inlet-outlet and bypass lines counted separately. 11) Control valve upstream-downstream lines counted separatly. 12) Metering skid also considered as a control building.
