Pursuant to the provisions of that certain Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for The Lakes at Cedar Grove recorded in Deed Book 31295, page 627, et seq., Fulton County, Georgia records, THE LAKES AT CEDAR GROVE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION,INC., claims a lien against the following described property of William E. Edrvards, being known as 623 Grey Hawk way, Fairburn, Georgia 30213.
This claim of lien is for unpaicl and delinquent assessments in the amount of $650-00, which, under and pursuant to the provisions of said Declaration, are past due as of the date hereof, together with interest thereon, and costs of collection, including attorney's fees, as provided in said Declaration. Also, this claim of lien is to secure any and all assessments, iogether with interest thereon, and costs of collection, including attorney's fees, which may hereafter come due to The Lakes at Cedar Grove Neighborhood Association, Inc., in respect to the above described property untilthis claim of lien is canceled of record' This 6th day of August, 2008.
