View Points of employees towards Need of Performance Appraisal System Now consider employees viewpoints towards need of Performance Appraisal System (PAS) in the company. By analyzing the table we see that different employees have different viewpoint regarding the need of Performance Appraisal System (PAS) in the company. With respect to age group we find that out of 30 employees 21 (70%) employees strongly agree, 5 (16.7%) employees are neutral and 4 (13.3 %) employees agree that performance system is needed in the company. Here out of 30 employees 22 are in the age group of 3040 years and 8 employees are in the age group of 20-30 years. Now with respect to working experience, out of 30 employees 21 employees are strongly agree, where 4 employees are agree and 5 employees are neutral about the need of PAS in the company. Here out of 30, 17 employees have 5-10 years of working experience, 9 employees have 1-5 years and 4 employees have 10-15 years of work experience. The analysis shows that maximum percentage of employees with different work experience prefers the company to follow the PAS. 2. View Points of employees regarding satisfaction with Performance Appraisal System With respect to age group, we find that out of 30 employees 18 (60 %) employees are neutral and 11 (36.7%) employees are satisfied and 1 (3.3 %) employees strongly satisfied with performance system in the company. Here out of 30 employees 22 employees are age group of 30-40 years and 8 employees are the age group of 20-30 years. Now with respect to work experiences out of 30 employees 18 are neutral, 11 are satisfied and 1 is strongly satisfied with PAS in the company. Here out of 30 employees 17 employees have 5-10 years work experience and 9 employees have 1-5 years work experience and 4 employees have 10-15 years of work experience. 3. View Points of employees regarding Performance Appraisal System enhance employee motivation. With respect to age group, we find that out of 30 employees 9 employees are neutral and 20 employeesare agreed and 1 employees strongly agreed that performance Appraisal system enhance the motivation in the company. Here out of 30 employees 21 employees are age group of 30-40 years and 9 employees are in the age group of 20-30 years. Now with respect to work experiences out of 30 employees 9 are neutral, 20 are agreed and 1 is strongly agreed that PAS enhance the motivation in the company. Here out of 30 employees 14 employees have 10-15 years work experience and 8 employees have 5-10 years work experience and 8 employees have 1-5 years of work experience. Maximum percentage of employees is agreed that performance system helps to motivate employees regardless their age and work experience. 4. Viewpoints of employee regarding performance appraisal system provide Employee promotion

With respect to age group, we find that out of 30 employees 19 employees are strongly agree and 11 employeesare agree that performance Appraisal system provide employee promotion. Here out of 30 employees 21 employees are age group of 30-40 years and 9 employees are in the age group of 20-30 years. Now with respect to work experiences out of 30 employees 19 are strongly agreed, 11 are agreeing that PAS provide employee promotion. Here out of 30 employees 14 employees have 10-15 years work experience and 8 employees have 5-10 years work experience and 8 employees have 1-5 years of work experience. Maximum percentages of employees are strongly agreed that performance appraisal system provide employees promotion regardless their age and work experience.
