Management Trainee System Analyst

The Role
You will work in the core function of Business IT, growing to become a System Administrator. Specifically, you will: Understand, innovate and improve the e-commerce functionalities. Understand the entire e-learning production process, and how courses are hosted and run. Understand the Learning Management System workflows, and constantly research ways to improve them. Enable a great learning experience, via implementation of games, quizzes and interactions. Work with the IT development team, to translate business requirements. Get involved in other parts of the business, basis interest, to get an overview of various functions.

Compensation:
INR 4.28 lakh fixed
+ INR 10,000 Confirmation bonus + INR 60,000 Performance based bonus + INR 5,000 Relocation Allowance

Eligibility:
Final year students of MBA in IT/Systems with: Min. 60% in all of 10th, 12th, & Graduation. 95 percentile or above in CAT KEEN INTEREST IN A START-UP

CTC: INR 5.03 lakh

Min. take home INR 31,644: more than some leading banks. What You See, Is What You Get. + ~ 20% Mysore Multiplier Factor: Lower expenses, higher savings, than in a metro.
