KNOWN ALL MAN BY THESE PRESENTS: The deed of sale is entered into by and between: JOEL G. EGE, Filipino, of legal age, with address at #46 Blk. 2, Zone 3, Barangay Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City,Metro Manila, hereinafter referred to as Vendor. -andANTHONY T. SALES, Filipino, of legal age, with address at Balbayog, Alcala, Cagayan, hereinafter referred to as Vendee. WITHNESSETH: Whereas, Vendor is the registered owner on one (1) Armalite Rifle more particularly described as follows: KIND: HPRFL MAKE: Elisco MODEL/CALIBRE: 5.56MM M16 Armalite Rifle SERIAL NO.: RP239997 Whereas, Vendee has offered to purchase the above-describe Armalite Rifle and all their accessories and the VENDOR is willing to sell the same. NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and of the terms and conditions hereinafter stated, the parties agree as follow: 1. For and in consideration of the sum of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P50,000), Philippine Currency, VENDOR hereby sells, transfers and conveys unto the VENDEE the Armalite Rifle as described above. 2. All fees, charges or taxes to effect transfer of registration of the Armalite Rifle and miscellaneous costs shall be shouldered by the VENDEE. 3. VENDOR warrants that the above described Armalite Rifle is free from any lien and encumbrances. 4. The purchase of the Armalite Rifle is made on as is, where is basis. 5. The VENDEE warrants that, upon execution of this Deed of Sale, he shall hold the VENDOR free and harmless from any and all claims or liabilities

for damages filed by third persons and hereby agrees to indemnify the VENDOR against any all such claims or liabilities. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have signed this Deed of Sale this 28 February 2014.
