AFTERSCHOOOL centre for social entrepreneurship has the basic philosophy
that education and training should be free. The students must be able to get
knowledge so that they can build their capability and then contribute to the
development of society. With this philosophy, we conduct PGPSE – online
programme on social entrepreneurship. The contents and pedadogy of the
programme is as under :

CONTENTS OF THE PROGRAMME :

1. Language module including English improvement, foreign language
(optional)
2. Business aptitude including business awareness, general knowledge,
Mathematics, Reasoning, Logic
3. HR Module including Organisational Developgment, Training, Labour
laws, Wages and Salary Administration
4. Accounting and Auditing module – including advanced accounting, HR
accounting, Social Audit, environmental audit
5. Finance module – including study of management accounting, financial
management, international financial management, forex operations, stock
exchanges, and all the aspects relating to finance)
6. Social Marketing Module including Marketing, Sales and Distribution
7. General Management module including strategic management,
organizational behaviour
8. Social development module with at least one project for social
development and interview of at least 4 social entrepreneurs / leaders and
4 event management projects and use publicity media for mass
mobilization like puppet shows, plays, dramas, poetry etc. – develop your
expressional and networking skills. Study some impact making NGOs and
study case studies on those NGOs
9. Public policy and Business law module – including study of all policies of
the government, study of all important laws and study of all the
government programmes and budgets
10. Entrepreneurship module : including business plan preparation (every
student has to submit at least 4 business plans), interview of at least 4
impact making entrepreneurs and preparation of their biography
11. Case Study Module : Study of cases on Business, Society and current
socio –economic condicitions and case writing (at least 4 case studies
have to be prepared)
12. Spiritualisation – participation in meditation camps, spiritual sessions and
promotion of spiritualism, promotion of spiritual ideas and study of spiritual
literature
13. Writing and activism including reseach methodology, report writing, project
report preparation, (at least 4 seminars / publications / public / public
programme / social work every month during the study)
When you complete a module, you can contact us and get a certificate for that
module.
PGPSE participants have to give some academic contribution in each of these
modules. They may prepare articles / reports / presentations. They have to study
these modules with the help of the following audio-visual aids. Please download
these and get an overview about the subject and then prepare on your own
under the guidance of mentors.

Some of the files are in Hindi language. We are willing to take help of volunteers
to translate these matters in other languages also.

Remember your goals – be an impact making entrepreneur and work for social
transformation for betterment of everyone.

3. your social contribution
4. your mentoring skills
5. your networking and communication skills
6. your articles / publications
