Objectives At the completion of this course the student will be able to: Identify the emerging legal issues in a digital networked environment including general issues of Jurisdiction and enforcement of rights and liabilities in Cyberspace and Understand and evaluate how these developing concepts affect the flow of information in society and the work of information professionals. Students will also be able to analyze recent developments in national and global information policy, the nature of the policy making process and the identities and positions of the various stakeholders.
