Reaching everyoneI worked mainly with a core group of people. Even though I invited everyone to participate in my project , it wouldve been more effective had I reached out personally to more staff members. 4. Passionate and tenacious. I have a sense of urgency to accomplish goals yet I understand this is a growth process and meet staff members in their zone of proximal development. 4. Took risks yet led with humility. Did not present myself as the expert. Expressed to others what I learned from them. Wasnt afraid to say I dont know or admit mistakes. Encouraged others to take risks too. 5. Knowledgeable about my project and goal including pedagogical theory and technical skills. What did you learn from that?
