EEOR Solution Part 1

Enzymatic Enhanced Oil Recovery (EEOR)
EEOR acts in following ways; To reduce Interfacial Tension (IFT) Alters rock wettability Enzyme technology application areas Mitigation of near well bore heavy hydrocarbon deposits Increased single well oil production Ultimate use in flooding arrangements for actual EOR

EEOR Solution Part 2

Why Submersible Jet Pump? - Benefits:
Maximizing marginal oil well production at a greatly reduced operating cost. Submersible Jet Pump operation handles multi-phase liquids 24/7. Can be used as an unloading pumping systems. Submersible Jet Pump technology is capable being employing downhole or on surface production. Submersible Jet Pump is practically maintenance free removing high maintenance service costs to the Owner. Submersible Jet Pump is capable of pumping a vast range of oil gravities from depths of 10,000 ft. plus without regard to gas content. Submersible Jet Pump is environmentally friendly and much more compact than a Pump Jack, using less power. Submersible Jet Pump replaces the heavy investment in iron, the large energy and maintenance requirements.

Eliminating paraffin, asphaltene, sand, small pebbles problems.

What is Concentrated Enzyme Solution for EEOR?

A biological liquid enzyme. A protein-based non-living catalyst. An enzyme fluid specifically designed to release oil quickly from solid surfaces. A non-toxic, Slightly acidic in pH (4-6); non-pathogenic; biodegradable; and environmentally friendly fluid.

About Concentrated Enzyme Solution

Concentrated Enzyme Solution is soluble in water and does not form a chemical bond with oil, therefore, no chemical emulsion with oil is formed. Environmentally friendly, causes no groundwater problems and can be discharged as non-hazardous. Fast reaction time and has been used at temperatures to 100 C. Concentrated Enzyme Solution works most effectively with heavy oil the hardest oil to produce and the most abundant.

Submersible Jet Pump Performance.

Some benchmark test data were collected during oil extraction to demonstrate the performance of Submersible Jet Pump products. A total of six case studies from different depth intervals are presented using the reverse flow pumping method, as shown in Table 1. Wells were calculated using an 80 formation recover. The average efficiency attained was 89.

Concentrated Enzyme Solution Works to Release Clogging Without Concern for:

pH of the fluid in the reservoir. Salinity of the water in the reservoir. Temperature in the reservoir. Lab tests indicate Concentrated Enzyme Solution does not degrade at temperatures up to 212F (100C) at atmospheric pressure. Presence of any metallic ions in the reservoir. Concentrated Enzyme Solution is a biological agent, not a chemical agent. The Weight Percent of paraffin , asphaltene or sulfur in the fluid concentration. Radioactive isotopes in the water and crude oil.

Other Oilfield Applications for PetroZyme

Cleaning oily contaminated soils and pipeline unclogging, with or without NORM contamination. Accelerating oil and water separation in slop oils. Reduce the volume of oily NORM waste storage by separating NORM concentrate from the inert materials (meeting standards for landfill of non-hazardous waste). Cleaning oil storage tank bottoms and sludge pits. Recovering oil from the oily wastes in the bottom of ocean going oil tankers.
