When I first read over this assignment, the idea that came to mind was studying my own subject

of kinesiology, but under and more direct path. Im going to narrow down on my career field as a strength and condition coach. Its something I want to be and I have pride in. When I first thought of this career, a few questions that came to my mind were simple: What exactly do you do? How much is the pay? How do I get started in doing all this? What are some things that drives you to wake up for this job? As well, is it a job or a career? I got started into this path of becoming a strength coach during my junior year of high school, leading into my senior year of football. I just came off of knee surgery and I was not able to participate in workouts in the weight room. I talked to my coach and he decided to let me create a workout for the team, approved by him of course, and run the weight room as a leading senior. I enjoyed every minute of it, and it made me feel like I could make a difference in not only their body strength, but talking to them and making men out of boys, which is how my coach put it. I love being in peoples lives, and helping them grow, hopefully more than just physical strength, but mental, and spiritual strength. References

I came across this article that explains how eating or drinking protein and doing exercise, to improve one's strength and to condition the body, may affect bone marrow. As well, it helps improve bone mineral density. It shows how the career field I wish to go down can not only affect one's physical strength and health that are seen by normal people, but the little things, which are a massive factor in our life, that are not seen my normal eyes. It

uses test subjects as well to prove their points and emphasize the full effects of supplements.

The second coach article I found was about strength coaches in the football world of Division one schools. It talks about how coaches mentor the students in their school work and ensuring they do everything they have to do not only on the field, but off the field as well. It talks to coaches and ask them questions about what they do. As well it talks about how their jobs affect their daily lives, as well as their familys lives.

The final article I found was about the principles of training and pretty much the basics of the job and the duties that come along with it. Conclusion As for my multimodal project I have been leaning towards a website I make. Maybe I could add videos of people lifting while I'm there helping them. I could demonstrate lifts and stuff like that. Also I could make an app of lifts that people could use to gain ideas on how

they wish to go about working out depending on what they wish to do. Rather they want to cut, bulk, strength or cardio. My goals for myself is write one page of research and have my questions answered each week. I know as I go along I will have more questions, which will make me enjoy this that much more. I know this is not a research paper, but having one as a guide will make doing this project easier because I will always have a reference to look back on. My goals for class dates is to have everything done two days prior giving me a day to have someone look over it and a day to fix what they noticed was wrong.
