Chapter 3 presents the company "ac)ground, "ac)ground o the study, pro#ect description, and statement o the pro"lem, o"#ective o the study, scope and limitation, signi icance o the study and the de inition o terms' %he proponents conducted the study within ACLC Bacoor Branch' %he proponents identi ied the common pro"lems encountered "y the company& researchers decided to develop a Li"rary Management system as a suita"le solution' %he scope and limitations o the proposed system was also presented to give an overview o the capa"ilities o the system' %his pro#ect will "e o signi icance to the operations within the company' ii

In Chapter 1, the proponents presented the review o related literature and related studies' %he proponents have conducted a research related to the Li"rary Management system& the proponents considered speci ied local and oreign literatures and studies regarding the system' %he research gave the proponents a "etter understanding regarding Li"rary Management system' Chapter 3, the proponents included the systems development which consists o the ollowing re7uirements analysis, systems analysis, systems design, input process output chart, conte8t low diagram, and data dictionary and data low diagram' %hese were used to e7uip the proponents9 ideas in developing the proposed system' %he proponents used the water all methodology or the system re7uirements, analysis, design, coding, testing and acceptance' It was a suita"le methodology to use since the constant changes were made "ased rom the data gathering' %he proponents studied the e8isting process o the system and ound ways on how to improve' %he proponents also included the cost and "ene it analysis to show i the pro#ect is easi"le to implement it will give a positive result in terms o "ene it and cost' Chapter :, in this chapter the proponent9s presents the inding o the study, the conclusions, and the recommendation "ased on presented data in this study' %he proponents include the summary o indings "ased on the systems evaluation conducted' In this chapter the researcher also includes the conclusion and recommendation "ased on the indings o the study and in ormation gathered'
