Start Apparel manufacturing business by company name Bangladesh Trading Located at 61, Green road, Dhanmondi, Dhaka.

2008
Changed company name to BrownField Fashion. Start producing readymade garments for worldwide buyer L-Fashion Finland and Basic fashion Finland.

2009
Changed office address to H# 218, Room#03, 11th Floor, Sahera Tropical Center, Dr. Khudrat-eKhuda Road, Dhanmondi and engaged textile expert, textile engineer, professional and experienced QC (Quality Controller) to ensure final product quality and merchandising services.

2011
Registered as a Privet Limited company with a capital of 1000000 US$ and changed name [ BrownField Ltd.]

2011
BrownField Ltd. Start collaboration with Kompaniya PELICAN, LLC, Russia for handle bulk order of Knit garments for Russian market. Middle of 2011 BrownField Ltd also starts collaboration with Laniel, Denmark, Handling order of Knit, Woven and Denim.

Brownfield Ltd. reach to annual turnover of in fiscal year 2011-2012 3 million USD.

Performance Assurance
We ensure quality goods as per Buyers requirements through our own experienced quality control team. And if buyer wishes the goods are also inspected by the Inspection Team of SGS, Bangladesh, Moller & Co. Bangladesh, GTEX Bangladesh, etc.

Lab Testing
All garments are being testing for color fastness, pilling, fiber composition etc. according to Buyers desire.

Quality Control Process

We have a strong quality control system where under each Merchandiser there is three full time QCs and the QCs do the in-line inspections in each section of production. In a particular time of the day, our QA Supervisor checks the 30% garments those have been passed by our QCs in each section. All the QCs always check 100% goods. All the QCs submit their daily reports to QA

Supervisor with highlighting the major points. QA Supervisor submits their reports to the relevant Merchandisers in addition to Managing Director. Relevant Merchandiser ensures the correct QA packing to the QA Supervisor. After maintaining the above procedures, the Merchandiser carries out his own final inspection before the shipment.
