The undersigned had telephonically discussed with HOS/EM and also personally requested EM Section staff on 10.01.2014 regarding issue of the material for replacement of old tube lights and proper termination of electrical wiring connections and loose contacts in OFIL (old HRD building) and providing the assistance to complete the work. The requirement of the material as mentioned below. 1. Tube lights 2. PVC Cable 3. Clamps -10 nos - 40 meters - 40 nos

As per the information received from RCSAV, the safety audit is scheduled on 30th January 2014 in the OFIL HRD building (copy enclosed). Hence it is requested that all loose connections and other points are to be rectified and the assigned works are to be completed before one week of commencement of the safety audit as per the directives please. Hence your early action in this regard is highly appreciated please.
