Historical milestones of the Mongolian-Russian joint school

The relatively short history of the Mongolian-Russian joint school is a clear reflection of the possibility of fruitful cooperation between Mongolia and Russia in the field of education. Adaptability of this cooperation to modern situations proves its viability and effectiveness. In the early 1 !s in Russia and Mongolia" there were developments to guide the development of these countries on the path of building a modern democratic political system and mar#et economy. $espite the sharp curtailment of relations between the countries and a temporary cooling of Mongolian society to Russia" the minds of the Mongolian people historically preserved by the memory of good neighborhood relations between the Russian and Mongolian people has not disappeared. %either has the understanding of the role of the Russian language" Russian culture and education in developing countries. &ntil the 1 !'s" 1( )oviet schools functioned in &laanbaatar. After their reorgani*ation formerly school +1, was later changed to a school at the Russian -mbassy in Mongolia for the children of Russian diplomats and Russian citi*ens permanently residing in Mongolia. The most far-sighted group of Mongolian intellectuals - parents of these children ./.Tsaschiher" 0h. 1adamsuren" T.2chirhuu" A.3a*arhuu and others4 considered the disruption of relations between Mongolia and Russia temporarily. They re5uested the establishment of Russian-language school in the city of &laanbaatar to the Ministry of -ducation and )cience" who was at that time 0h.&rtnasan" justifying the urgency of the problem. 0h.&rtnasan as#ed the Ministry of -ducation of Russia to discuss the issue. Therefore a detailed study to resolve this issue a visit to Mongolia in 6uly 1 ( was necessary" the delegation composed of the $eputy Minister of -ducation 3admaev ).3. and the Minister for higher education and research institutions of the Republic of 3uryatia in Russia %amsaraev ).$.. As a result of negotiations between the Minister of -ducation and )cience 0h.&rtnasan and the Russian delegation agreed to establish a joint Mongolian-Russian school on the basis of the former )oviet school +7 and signed a preliminary proto8ol that laid the foundations of a joint Mongolian-Russian )chool" which was opened on the 1st )eptember" 1 (. At the beginning of the school year ;" teachers from school +(7 and other Mongolian schools" as well as the )oviet teachers who stayed in Mongolia for personal reasons taught over 1!!! children. 2n the first of April in 1 ," an agreement between the Ministry of education of the Russian <ederation and the Ministry of science and education of Mongolia on the establishment of the Mongol-Russian school was approved. 2n the 1=th of )eptember in 1 , an agreement between the Ministry of education of the Russian <ederation and the Ministry of education in cases of higher education and scientific institutions of the Republic of 3uryatia" the Ministry of science and education Mongolia on the establishment of the Mongolian-Russian school was written. $ue to this agreement" the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of 3uryatia received the powers to represent the founder with the Russian side in the further wor#ing with the Mongolian side. In 1 ," the first graduates received certificates of Russian education. <rom 1 > teachers? salaries depended on the 5uality of education and the fulfillment of contractual obligations. As a result the school celebrated its fifth anniversary as competitive among public and private schools of advanced Russian educational institution in 1 =. In 1 " with the opening of preparatory classes for @ years old children" the school switched to continuous twelve-year training. The standard training term is 1( years. Frimary education consists of two interconnected steps of training. The first training step sets a tas# achievement of two main goalsE communicative" directed on mastering speech actions which are necessary for training of school students in Russian" and correctional" directed on psychological preparation for training at the main school on the basis of psychology and pedagogical diagnostics. )tandard term - one year. The educational program corresponds to the program of the first classes of a twelve-year educational school. The second step of elementary school training provides a full development of pupils ta#ing into account their age and specific features and improvement of Russian s#ills. The educational program represents the obligatory re5uirements of the implementation of the )tate educational standard of the primary general education of Russian <ederation schools' development programs. )tandard term , years. In the main school the foundation is laid for basic general education preparation. The invariant part consists of a basic unit" as well as a national and regional component. The variable part provides profound studying of subjects according to the interests of pupils. The content of education at the second step is a basic re5uirement for training continuation in the third step. The end of the second step of training is the )tate total certification and obtaining certificates for the main formation of the Mongolian sample.
