Machino Polymers Ltd. formerly Machino Basell India Ltd., manufacturing of Advance Polymers
Compounding & Raw Material for automobile industries i.e. Honda Car, Mahindra & Mahindra, MSIL,
TML, Ford, Hyundai, Renault, Toyota and General Motors. Heaving head office at Plot No.-02, Sector-33,
Gurgaon and two branch offices at Chennai & Pune and the Annual turnover is around 380 crores. It is a
Machino Group of Company having other plants in Gurgaon. Machino Plastic Ltd. JV MSIL & Machino
Plastic Ltd. Manesar and other plant Kolkata and going to start his business in Pune. The company is
certified for ISO 14001, TS 16494 & OHSAS 18001.
I am responsible to manage all HR & Admn. Activities, Recruitment, Training & Development, Time Office,
Payroll, Reimbursements, Security, dealing with Govt. deptt. (ESIC, EPF, Labour Deptt.), Training (ISO,
Attitude, Time Management, Product Knowledge, Fire, Worker Committee, Health & Safety etc),
Manpower and Responsible for Preliminary interview of candidate at plant, Reporting to Sr. HR Manager.

They are manufacturing the Readymade Garments for 100% exporting. The major customers of the
company are Wall Mart, GAP, H&M, NEXT, Zara, Mango, Carrefore etc The total labour strength at
works is about 700. I was responsible to manage the HR activities, Time Office, Payroll, Legal affairs &
Statutory Compliance, Administration etc and reporting to the HR Manager.
