Nippon Oil hit spot on the 61.8% retracement support at 427 on Thursday before it bounced
towards 454. Yet, on Monday, the downside remained under pressure as the stock edged back
towards 427 low. While there is a bullish divergence between MACD and the price, daily MACD is
still declining, suggesting that the next support at 414 is likely to be challenged soon.

On the upside, the swing high at 497 should be able to hold rallies. Look to sell on upside attempts
while below 497. Objective is set first at 427, or as deep as 327.
 Cheung Kong (Holdings), Ltd. (HKG:0001)

A bearish divergence on the daily chart suggested that Cheung Kong’s peak at 108.20 could have
been the terminus point of its rally off the 55.95 low. 108.20 itself was roughly 50% retracement of
the fall from 159.50. In addition, the trendline at 96.24 is now at risk of being broken. The trendline
which, at the moment intersects with the 23.6% retracement level will have to hold to avoid the
stock to get dragged lower towards 88.27 and 82.07. Still, given the current picture, the downside
is likely to be the focus in the coming session. So, look to sell on upticks towards 100.90, the swing
high point. Crucial resistance will remain at 108.20 for now.
