Positive Leaders Affecting Our Society Our generation is different from previous generations. Several things have evolved over time and many new technologies have been developed. Not only has the technology evolved over time, but the people within the generations have transformed as well. All of the new developments and transformations have stemmed back from numerous leaders taking a stand and making a difference. Leaders are what form our society today and even back then. Whether it was a good or bad leader, they changed the world in some way, shape or form. Although bad leaders can lead the world, the need for positive leaders has dramatically increased with the new age. Our society needs more positive leaders to eliminate social norms, strengthen the societys identity and improve expert performance. To start off, our society needs more positive leaders to eliminate social norms. Our society is unfortunately formed around cliques. High schools, colleges, work places, all have their individual groups within them. It does not matter where you go, there will always be a certain clique or group you may fit into or you may not. A positive leader can ultimately destroy most social norms. They can lead the people as a whole and unite them into one. As of now, our society is much divided. With an increase in positive leaders, our society can come together and not be as separated as it is today. The positive leaders can bring the people together and unite them into focusing on one goal verses the people leading themselves and bringing each other down instead of focusing on the task at hand. The positive leader can solve the issue of social norms and therefore the people can focus on a bigger problem than dividing themselves. Too add to that, our society needs more positive leaders to strengthen the societys identity. When a leader is in charge and leading the people, the people tend to fail to see the leader as a symbol of the society. Leaders are elected to lead by the people. When the people elect a leader that is well liked and the

This leader at the end of the day gives the society a form of identity that brings it together as a whole. Without the positive leader there to reinforce this identity among the people, the people would crumble and again not be united as a whole. Although, the more positive leaders there are in society, the more the society is united under a common identity and most people are happy creating a happier society. Finally, our society needs more positive leaders to improve expert performance. Unbelievably, positive leaders not only affect the society in an emotional way, but they also affect it in a financial way. Our society could not manage to survive without being financially stable. Positive leaders help enforce positive thought, which actually improves the people in their professional careers. It tends to increase economic growth, which insures financial stability. Thus, an increase in positive leaders would change economic development for the better and we would be financially stable due to the positive leader. Furthermore, our society needs more positive leaders to eliminate social norms, strengthen the societys identity and improve expert performance. More positive leaders would help people jump over the bump of social norms in our society. It would also help uniform our society. Increasing the number of positive leaders would again improve economic growth and promote financial stability. In the end, increasing positive leaders in our society would be for the better and benefit our society by ultimately bringing our society together as a whole and changing it for generations to come.
