Implemented a new contact based marketing program to ensure occupancy stayed above 95%. Oversee the marketing/leasing staff to ensure that management's goal of 95% occupancy is met. Prepared all renewal, re-certification, rent increase, and late rent notices to insure rent was collected and all (288) tenant's files were in compliance with section 42 Housing. Initiated competitive marketing and advertising programs which increased traffic and new leases to raise occupancy from 82% to 99% within two months. Organized warehouse stock to meet goal of "zero shipping defects" by creating an alternate-alphabet stocking strategy to eliminate picking mistakes.
