Leo Russell
Leo founded Pride in 1983. Pride focused on providing IT services to financial institutions. Over the next 10 years, Pride became one of the largest minority-owned IT providers in the country with 25 branches and over 1,000 people nationwide. In 1997, Pride sold its distribution business to MicroAge of Tempe, Arizona. Pride then began to focus exclusively on providing IT services to Fortune 1000 companies and government agencies. Pride targeted a full range of IT services from help desk solutions to high-level placements within large corporate accounts. In 1999, Pride launched an advanced IT solutions practice, which encompassed sophisticated project management and contract CIO assignments. In 2000, Leo was named the CIO and Executive Vice President of Young & Rubicam, one of the largest publicly traded advertising firms in the world. In this position, Mr. Russell was responsible for all decisions regarding the company's information technology strategy as well as software and hardware standards.

From 2001 to 2003, Leo Russell acted as a Managing Director of Lehman Brothers in the Venture Capital group. Leo Russell served on several boards and acted as principal in a number of investments made by Lehman Brothers Private Equity Group.

Leo Russell received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Sciences in Accounting from Claremont Men's College. Leo Russell also attended the OPM Program and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School.

Tim Tobin
Tim Tobin is a co-founder and Managing Director of Russell | Tobin & Associates. Tim is responsible for business development, strategic client relationships and building an unparalleled brand. He does this by utilizing his personal and professional associations to promptly identify qualified candidates and unique opportunities for our clients. Tim has a proven track record of successful matches across all levels of experience in Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, Sales & Marketing, Procurement, Administrative, Legal and Technology. Gail Tiburzi
As a director at Russell Tobin, Gail Tiburzi brings seven years experience of executive recruiting in financial services combined with five years experience in the food and beverage sector. Prior to joining RTA, Gail ran the International Equities group at AB Executive Search with a focus on sales, trading and research positions covering Europe, Asia and Latin America in New York, San Francisco, London and Hong Kong. Gail began her career in institutional equity sales at The Chicago Corporation and then ABN AMRO, where she developed relationships on both the domestic and international side of the business. She parlayed those relationships into executive recruiting for equity positions globally and has since expanded into the broader financial services market. Prior to joining AB Search, Gail spent five years building an organic food company where she was acting CEO. The product line is nationally distributed and continues to thrive as a part of a private equity group. Gail received a BA from Villanova University in 1996. Gails background in finance, recruiting and as an entrepreneur provides her with a unique perspective to offer her clients. Her firsthand knowledge of building a business and how critical staffing choices are to the success of that business is instrumental when assisting her clients with building their own. Gail aims to execute searches for her clients quickly and efficiently while at the same time creating a positive experience for her candidates.
