As giauuates of 0niveisity of Washington, we aie piouu that 0W offeis fiist-iate
acauemics, anu also, as stateu in the 0W Statement of values, sees the woik of the
univeisity as "euucat|ingj a uiveise stuuent bouy to become iesponsible global

It is in the spiiit of this legacy, that we wholeheaiteuly suppoit the 0W Stuuent
Senate iesolution to uivest fiom companies piofiting fiom the Isiaeli 0ccupation.
Bivestment is a time-honoieu nonviolent tactic useu in social justice movements
