Aura T5 HO Long Life represents the future in fluorescent lighting for industrial applications. Aura T5 LL HO gives you up to 48.000 hours service life, which is three times longer than standard T5 HO lamps. T5 HO is the perfect solution where you need the energ y saving- and system miniaturisation characteristics of a T5 lamp with the high lumen package of HO in high ceiling applications. Aura T5 LL HO offers the high lumen levels you need while giving you the extra long service life expected from an Aura Long Life product. The Aura T5 LL HO is developed based on Auras patented cathode construction. This design, together with strict quality controls during a high-precision manufacturing process, provide a unique fluorescent lamp with an exceptional service life.

LONG LIFE LIGHTS The Long Life Lights concept comprises light sources with extra long service life. The concept is the result of innovative product development and rigorous quality control. For our customers, the unique service life means that light sources do not need to be changed so often, which reduces their maintenance costs. The products in the concept are therefore an investment for our customers and for the environment. Products such as fluorescent tubes and light bulbs are developed, manufactured and sold within the framework of the Long Life Lights concept.

Specifications
T5 HO have a 40 % smaller diameter compared to the equivalent traditional T8 fluorescent lamps and the length is 5 cm shorter. The T5 tubes therefore fit better in modern compact luminaires and modular luminaires for ceiling systems. The luminous flux is optimised at approximately + 35 C which is the running temperature of standard T5 indoor fittings. T5 LL HO are designed for operation with electronic ballast (warm start) and can be used in all areas where luminaires for T5 HO are installed.

Long-Life guarantee
The Aura Long-Life fluorescent lamps are manufactured in accordance with the IEC/EN 60081 standard. For economical reasons Aura recommends group replacement of fluorescent lamps. For the operation of the T5 LL HO Aura guarantees the following service life:

T5 LL HO . . . . 24W, 39W, 54W, 49W, 80W . . . 48.000 h

T5 LL HO is a high colour rendering tri-phosphor fluorescent lamp (Ra 85). Available colours are /830 warm white and /840 white.

Lifetime
The service life of T5 LL HO is 48.000 hours when operated with an electronic ballast (warm start). The service life is reached when the amount of light in an installation falls to 80 % of the initial 100-hour value. The service life of the lamp failure rate, and the lumen depreciation is based on a three-hour operation switching cycle according to IEC/EN 60081.
