Please read the license terms below. If you do not agree to all of the terms of this License, then do not use, copy, transmit, distribute, or install ConvertMe. Scope of License Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed by Stratabase ("STRATABASE") to use ConvertMe for evaluation purposes without charge. You may, without making any payment to STRATABASE: a) give exact copies of this evaluation version of ConvertMe personally to anyon e; b) distribute exact copies of this evaluation version of ConvertMe, if done excl usively through electronic channels; and c) make as many exact copies of this evaluation version of ConvertMe as you wish , for purposes of distribution as described in (a) and (b) above. d) in all cases above, (a), (b), and (c), you agree that any copies of the softw are will contain the same proprietary notices which appear on and in the softwar e You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any copies, however made, and from distributing such copies with other products of a ny kind, commercial or otherwise, without prior written permission from STRATABA SE. STRATABASE reserves the right to revoke the above distribution rights at any time, for any or no reason. You may not make access to ConvertMe available to others in connection with a service bureau, application service provider, or in a rental or time sharing bus iness, or similar business. STRATABASE may terminate this agreement for any reas on whatsoever and at any time. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the software. Warranty Disclaimers and Liability Limitations

ConvertMe, and any and all accompanying software, files, data and materials, are distributed and provided "AS IS" and with no warranties of any kind, whether ex press or implied. You acknowledge that good data processing procedure dictates t hat any program, including ConvertMe, must be thoroughly tested with non-critica l data before you rely on it, and you hereby assume the entire risk of using the program. This disclaimer of warranty constitutes an essential part of this Lice nse. Any liability of STRATABASE will be limited exclusively to refund of purchase pr ice, if any. In addition, in no event shall STRATABASE, or its principals, share holders, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, or parent o rganizations, be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever relating to the use of ConvertMe, or to your relationship wi th STRATABASE. In addition, in no event does STRATABASE authorize you to use ConvertMe in appli cations or systems where ConvertMe's failure to perform can reasonably be expect ed to result in a significant physical injury, or in loss of life. Any such use by you is entirely at your own risk, and you agree to hold STRATABASE harmless f rom any and all claims or losses relating to such unauthorized use. You hereby r elease STRATABASE and its suppliers and licensors from any and all liability ari sing from or related to all claims concerning the software, its use, or your ina bility to use the software or any function thereof. As with any product, it is recommended that you back up your data files before i nstallation and periodically as you continue to use the software. General This License is the complete statement of the agreement between the parties on t he subject matter, and merges and supersedes all other or prior understandings, purchase orders, agreements and arrangements. This License shall be governed by the laws of Canada. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for all matters relating to this License shall be in courts and located in the Province of British Columbia in the country of Canada, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue. If, for any reason, a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this ag reement, or portion thereof, unenforceable, then the remainder of the agreement shall continue in full force and effect. There are no third party beneficiaries of any promises, obligations or representations made by STRATABASE herein. Any w aiver by STRATABASE of any violation of this License by you shall not constitute or contribute to a waiver of any other or future violation by you of the same p rovision, or any other provision, of this License.
