The student is somewhat prepared, but it seems clear that rehearsal was lacking, attire is not professional. Speaks clearly and distinctly most ( 80-70%) of the time. Mispronounces no more than three words

Student does not seem at all prepared to present and is not dressed appropriately. Often mumbles or can not be understood OR mispronounces more than four words.
