THE CHALLENGE Best endeavor to REDUCE the Digital Divide in the Amazon Basin, using Subacuatic or ADSS Fiber Optic Cables, IMPROVING Digital Inclusion. THE ACTIONS Reduce the INTERNAL DIVIDE in Telecommunication Industry to provide on time cost / benefit in Fiber Optic Cable solutions for isolated communities around the world, located along rivers. International bid for US $ 500 M to reach 48 remote Municipalities in Colombia under the High Speed Connectivity Project .
