includes 24 huge construction kits that range from a hard-hitting
145bpm to a sweet and smooth 50bpm formatted in 24-bit Apple
Loops, Acidized WAV, REX and RMX formats. Boasting 7GB of original
content jam packed with lush pads, gospel keys, live drums, smooth
guitars and organ leads that make this genre so great, Modern
Gospel Hits is in a league of its own in size, complexity, depth and
usability. All loops and samples are meticulously cut and formatted
to ft with any project seamlessly and we have also included multi
drum tracks folders for every drum kit and hits folders for the electric

MUSICIAN BIOS
Loren Dawson
Prodigy, Maestro, Gifted: these are the words used to describe Loren since the early years of his life. It was
obvious that he was naturally talented pianist since the age of 8. With discipline and listening to mature
musicians that surrounded him, he took his talent and refned and developed his gift. At the young age of 12,
Loren took his frst appointment as minister of music at a Church in Manhattan at Elder Arthur & Francis Mackeys
church. The years since he has produced, recorded, performed, and/or held the position of musical director for
many of the most talented artist and hit makers in the industry, Michael Jackson, Beyonce, Mary J Blige, Israel
Houghton, Alicia Keys, Chrisette Michele, Rodney Jerkins, Sunday Best, and so many more. Currently he holds the
position of the minister of music at Agape Family Worship Center, Rahway, NJ.
Edward Johnson Jr.
Edward as always had a passion for music. Starting as a young age as drummer for his fathers church, he
excelled. Prior to college he musical passion began to transition to piano. Pianist/organist, considered friends,
who were admired by Edward began instructing and helping with his new desire. Pursuing music as a major in
college he continued to grow in passion, knowledge, and skills.
In 2005, Edward talked with his friend Anthony Myers and began creating music for Big Fish Audio. In 2006,
Edward was able to put together a seven track instrumental entitled Smooth Gospel Jazz. Encouragement from
family and friends drove him, in 2008, to produce a second album entitled Music from the Soul. In 2010,
Johnson produced All You Need, the debut album of his mother Vernita Dunbar. His most recent
accomplishment as producer of the C.O.G.I.C. (Church of God in Christ) tour features a statewide showcase of the
debut albums of local artists including Vernita Dunbar, Kenny Wilkins, and Believers Temple Voices of Praise.
As a producer, organist and keyboardist, Edward uses his God-given musical gifts to share the Gospel that
changed his life. Edward is enjoying his current role as the Minister of Music at Friendship Inspirational C.O.G.I.C.,
Lincolnville, SC.
David Haynes
DavidFingersHaynes is one of the most unique musicians of our time. Hes a grammy - nominated professional
drummer in 2009 that played or toured with the likes of Chaka Khan, Prince, Lee Ritenour, Mary J. Blige, Stanley
Jordan, Randy Brecker and Frank Ocean to name a few.
David is currently living in berlin playing drums for universal music artist Till Bronner, and hes giving
fngerdrumming online lessons with skype.

David Joubert
Music has been a part of the life of David since he was born. Given his frst toy piano at age 1, he instantly
established a relationship with it, banging it. Coming from a family of musicians only helped to hone his ear and
develop his passion. He grew up watching and listening to his uncles Kevin McKoy, and Joseph Joubert to whom
he credits getting his musical foundations from. Now he is David the musician, producer, arranger, and composer.
Davids style of music grabs from many diferent genres such as jazz, R&B, traditional and contemporary gospel,
pop, rock, and of course the golden age of REAL hip hop. This versatility has allowed David to perform and share
the stage with notable names such as, Mike Phillips, Wyclef Jean, Jahiem, Carl Thomas, Lyfe Jennings, Jamie and
Sunny Hawkins, Kim Burrell, Wayman Tisdale, Jonathan Dubose, Karen Briggs, Gordon Chambers, the icon Stevie
Wonder, miss Lauryn Hill, Shanice Wilson, Ledisi and currently Lil Kim.
Fernando Harkless
Fernando is an incrediblesaxophonist, vocalist, futist, clarinetist, guitarist, and fantastic showman. A well
established musician in the LA area, he has an incredible track record. He has recorded, performed, opened,
appeared on television or musically directed - Marvin Gaye, Quincy Jones, Janet Jackson, Mariah Carey, Snoop
Dog, LL Cool J, Tupac, Eric Benet, Rick James, Teena Marie, Bobby Womack, Stevie Wonder, and many many more.
Jesse Bond
Jesse is an Atlanta based guitarist and producer that originally hails from Reno, Nevada. He is also a graduate of
Berklee College of Music (2002).
He is a member of the PJ Morton Band. Jesse has toured and or recorded with Kanye West, Rihanna, Kelly
Rowland, Jay-Z, Usher, Nelly, Ludacris, Celine Dion, Anthony Hamilton, Ledisi, Melanie Fiona, Toni Braxton, Faith
Evans, Janet Jackson, Ne-Yo, John Legend, Jazmine Sullivan, Kem, Tyrese, Estelle, Marsha Ambrosius, Chrisette

HOW TO USE
Modern Gospel Hits has been formatted in todays most popular fle types: ACID, Apple Loops, REX2,
RMX, and WAV. With these formats, you can work with every major sampling/looping device on the
market! Every fle has been carefully edited to loop perfectly without any complications. Take
advantage of the additional info and tagging using Apple Loops with Garage Band, Soundtrack or
Logic. Edit and rearrange your grooves with the REX2 fle fexibility. Create fexible tracks with RMX.
Stretch the ACIDized WAV fles in Sonys ACID Pro. And, of course, the industry standard WAV fles can
be loaded into almost any digital audio or sample playback program.
Apple Loop Users:

When importing Apple Loops into Garageband or Logic straight from a CD or DVD,
the fles are automatically placed on your system drive. If this is where you want to
keep your Apple Loops, then simply drag the entire Apple Loops folder from this Big
Fish Audio product to the loop browser in Logic or as seen below in Garageband. For
some people, this method can be a problem since Apple Loops can take up a lot of
space and cant simply be moved after they are indexed. Also, many people prefer to
have all their sounds and loops on external drives. In order to place these fles on an
external drive, we suggest copying the Apple Loops folder from this Big Fish Audio
product to your external drive frst. When you have the product exactly where you
want it then drag and drop the entire product folder to the browser in Garageband or
Logic.

HOW TO USE CONTD
At this point, a pop up will appear asking whether you want the fles copied to the
loops folder or to the current location. Select Current Location and then allow the fles
to be indexed.
Once the conversion is complete, you have the option to search your entire Apple
Loops library or to access only the sounds on this or any other specifc product. To do
this, use the Jam Pack browser tab in Logics loop browser or the loops tab in
Garageband (available only in Garageband 2 and higher) as shown above. Its
important to note that you may not move fles or folders around once it has already
been indexed or you will lose the ability to use them from your loop browser. If you
need to move fles or folders around after youve indexed them, you need to drag and drop the
folder(s) again and allow them to be re-indexed from their new location.
REX File Users:
Whenever possible, we have included the exact same material in all three formats.
However,due to the nature of REX2 format,we have omitted the drum hits but otherwise have
maintained consistency with the other two formats. Each kit includes a short preview mix
of the main demo which will not time stretch. If you wish to hear the full demo mix please
use either the WAV or Apple Loop formats.
