Question 1 - Tell me about yourself?

Answer - Good morning/afternoon/evening, sir/madam.

First of all thank you for giving this opportunity to introduce myself to you.
My name is Yayati Bhati.
I properly belong to Indore District

About My Education,
I have done my schooling from Guru Harkrishan Public School and have secured 58.2% in 10
th
and 63.2%
in 12
th
.
I have pursued B.E. in Information Technology from RGPV University Bhopal with aggregate 66.34%.

Coming to my family,
I have a nuclear family consisting of 4 members - father, mother, me and my younger brother.
My father was a private employee, my mother is a homemaker and my brother is currently pursuing
B.Com (Taxation)

My strengths are determined, self-motivated, flexible and intuitive.
(Intuitive - The people born under the Zodiac Sign Scorpio are so intuitive that it would not be too much
to call them mind readers. Their instincts help them take the right decisions at the right time.)

My weaknesses are that I am secretive and resentful.

My hobbies are swimming, football and playing computer games.

My goal is to be a part of an organization that will provide me a platform to exhibit my skills and learn
new things that will help me to grow myself.

Question 2 - Why should I hire you?
Answer - Well Sir, I am fresher and before getting any experience every one walk through the stage
and I think that its a best platform for me where I can build my carrier and enhance my skills. And Sir
you, me and everyone knows that opportunities are like heart beats. Neither of us can afford to miss
one. I wouldn't have attended this interview if I did not make an effort to do so, which means I am
already trying to convince you that I am interested and would work with enthusiasm.

Everything starts with a belief. I believe that I can possess all the values and reach the goals of your
esteemed organization. I want you to believe in this belief of mine and give me this wonderful life
changing opportunity.

Question 3 - Why do you want to work at our company?
Answer - Sir actually I am not looking for just a job I am seeking a career and according to me your
company is the best platform for me to start a career. It will definitely help me to gain experience,
knowledge and for my career growth.

Question 4 - How do you feel about working nights and weekends?
Answer - If the requirement is critical then definitely would like to support in night shifts. On the
weekends I like to spend time with my family but if the job demands then I am comfortable with
working weekends also.

Question 4 - On a scale of one to ten, rate me as an interviewer.
Answer - Thank you for giving me such an opportunity but for sure I am not person to rate you. As it is
obvious that your position is highly reputed and you have been chosen by company to undergo this
process that shows your excellence at this place but still I have to answer this question so honestly it
would be 9/10 as no one is perfect and we always leave room for improvement.

Question 5 - Do you have any questions for me?
Answer Sir I would like to have feedback on my performance so that I could analyze and improve my strengths
and rectify the shortcomings.

Question 6 - How much salary do you expect?
Answer - Sir, I expect the salary according to my ability and company norms. And as your company is
well reputed, I hope you will pay a good salary that will be enough to fulfill my economic needs.

Question 7 - Describe your ideal company, location and job.
Answer - Sir right now the company in which I am sitting for interview if it will not be my ideal then I
will not be here.
An ideal company would be which believes in continuous growth of the employees, and provides them
ample opportunities to showcase their talents thus giving them job satisfaction.

Ideal location would be where I get to learn new things, people are cooperative.

Ideal Job is where I get challenges, scope to learn and grow more and more, job satisfaction and
security.

Question 8 - What are your career options right now?

Answer - I have completed my B.E. previous year. My current career option is to be hired by you but if
I will not success in this than I will continue my studies for defense.

Question 9 - How long would you expect to work for us if hired?
Answer - Sir being a fresher, presently my only motive is to get experience and enhance my skills. But I
have some goals in my life and I want to fulfill them. Therefore, I will surely work in your concern till the
time I can contribute to the company's success.
