2.6. TECHNICAL NOTES
Every requisition from the salesperson must include the following:
1. A report that confirms that the salesperson is in complete agreement with all the
specifications, date sheets, plans, and attached files and all the requirements of this
requisitions. If the salesperson cant fulfill them, he must explicitly declare every exception
and make reference the specific document where the exception applies.
2. In equal manner, the salesperson must indicate pricing and delivery to meet the
requirements for the material requisition.
The warranty must cover: design, materials and manufacturing. All the warranties must be given on
a formal written document.

Documentation and plans for revision submitted by the salesperson must use the units listed on
table 2.9.
2.7. Order of preference
In case of a conflict between the requirements of this requisition and the reference documents or
with each other, the order of preference must be as follows:

2.8. Language
Documents and plans for revision must be provided in Spanish or English. Installation manual can
be submitted in Spanish or English.
2.9. Measurement system
Documents and plans for revision must be provided by the salesperson using the units listed on
table 2.9.

2.10. EXCEPTIONS, DEVIATIONS AND CLARIFICATIONS
The reach of the labors and supplies must be in strict compliance with the requisitions.
Items that are not clearly indicated in the salesperson report, but requested on the requisition must
be considered as included on the reach of the supplies.
The salesperson must prepare its offer in compliance with the stipulations, conditions and
requirements declared in this requisition. The salesperson may request a deviation of the technical
requirements if it may result on a shorter completion period and / or improvement in availability,
reliability, flexibility, safety or a cheaper design in order to save initial costs and operation costs.
Such deviations must be clearly listed and justified in every case in the table 2.11 format. Unless
the salesperson proposes any deviation, the design, manufacture, and supplies will be assumed in
strict accordance with the reach of the requisition for the construction and the supplies will be in
accordance with this request.
The buyer withholds the right to accept or reject any or all the proposed deviations proposed by the
salesperson. Only the accepted deviations, approved in writing, will become part of the requisition.
The salesperson assures with his proposal that is capable of providing the items included in the
reach of the requisition. The supplies must be provided, even if the deviations proposed by the
salesperson are rejected by the buyer.
