residential and commercial buildings. Wall height not
more than 12ft approximately 3.6m.
The use of these wall systems shall comply with
relevant regulation stated in the Malaysia Uniform
Building By-law 1984.
Composition

SOLIDWALL is comprised of 6mm thick

PRIMAliner unpainted fibre cement boards +cement +
sand +expanded polystyrene beads concrete mix +
0.80mm TCT steel studs and tracks.
Fire Property (Lining Board)
PRIMAliner 6mm has a Bomba Class O fire
certification when evaluated in accordance with
Malaysia Uniform Building By-law 1984.

requirements for strength and robustness including

SOLIDWALL 76mm or 104mm is a lightweight sandwhich wall created by bonding hard wearing 6mm
PRIMAliner fibre cement boards to 64mm or 92mm galvanised steel stud frames. The panels are easily erected on
site and then core filled with cement +sand +expanded polystyrene beads (eps) concrete mix. The joints between the
panels are then flush jointed and set, leaving the wall ready for applied finishes. The end result is a solid straight wall
and IBS certified.

PRIMA

SOLIDWALL or approved equivalent solid wall system: 64mm x 0.80mm TCT galvanised C-Channel steel
stud at max 300mm centres: including intermediate supports as necessary any extension support; in filled with
lightweight concrete: all in accordance to manufacturers instruction. Two layers of 6mm PRIMAliner linings, jointing
and finishing to give a flush seamless surface ready for decoration; including forming openings to walls, columns and
pilasters: overall thickness 76mm.

SOLIDWALL constructed of 64mm x 0.80mm TCT galvanised steel studs and tracks at 300mm centres to
centres and covered on both sides with one layer of 6mm thick x 1200mm x 2400mm PRIMAliner board and infill
hollow walls with mix of Expanded Polystyrene Bead cement and sand slurry including jointing and fixing accessories
strictly in accordance to manufacturers instruction and S.Os approval.
