Developed new processes and worked on time-sensitive projects including the
CAREMARK online system to use exchanges, EOB (Explanation of Benefits)
simplification, PCMH batch claim creation from a vender file, notes for claims
screens (replaced vender system with in-house system), State MUSC 3 Tier, and
Unique Carrier Codes/Exchanges
Wrote and tested mainframe/web interfaces using MQSeries by running SOAP U/I
XML and by entering data on the web including BCA (Blue Cross Association)
mandated Patient Review of Physicians and a new process to view mainframe data
