Finance Manager

Youll need to be a person with a strong sense
of yourself and your purpose; a visionary but
grounded by a hands-on natural style that allows
you quickly to connect with, and lead people no
matter who they are. You think strategically, are
business-minded, connected and nancially
astute. Others will say you are an inspirational
person they trust. You should have a minimum of
5 years experience in identifying, implementing
and managing services for people who are at risk
of exclusion.

The current salary for this post is circa 40k,
depending on experience and skills. As the
organisation grows ever more autonomous this
salary will increase to reect this progress. This is
an exciting post that will put the post holder in
control of their own career development.
We are now recruiting 2 full time positions based in Kilmarnock:
Reporting to the Finance Director youll be an
experienced accountant with an ability to work
under your own initiative in a small growing
team. Youll have experience of overseeing:
a growing payroll function (including monthly
reconciliations, year end, compliance and RTI)
a busy sales ledger
all bank transactions and reconciliations.
Youll have an ability to prepare quarterly
management accounts for each person we
support (Individual Service Funds) as well as the
Management Teams. Youll share the values of
the organisation and assist the Finance Director
to prepare the annual statutory accounts,
maintain the Fixed Asset Register and liaise
with external auditors. You must have an eye
for detail, excellent communications skills and
an advanced knowledge of Sage Payroll, Sage
Accounts and Excel.
