Prepared the monthly Portuguese Securities Issues Statistics and Securities Holdings Statistics,
corresponding to the treatment of over 400,000 records/month.
Compiled the quarterly Portuguese National Accounts Statistics involving securities.
Participated in several projects to reshape and update the IT infrastructure supporting these areas and
took part in several experience sharing workshops with members of other central banks.
Prepared reports about the indebtedness of the resident institutional sectors to the Troika, under the

Identified and implemented several cost cutting measures for the incumbent Angolan Telecom Operator

Satellite Communications start-up in Angola.
Conducted a market analysis of Luanda's residential real estate market.
Developed the strategic plan for the Generation, Transmission, Distribution and Commercialization
divisions of the incumbent Angolan Electric Utility.
