Charges for extra person are min Rs. 125/- and max Rs. 300/- to be paid at the Resort/ Hotel before occupying the
Rooms
Service tax @5.15% & luxury tax as per applicable will be charged extra
Full Occupancy charges for the entire period of stay to be paid in Credit Card / Debit Card at the time of booking
Reservation of accommodation once made, is not transferable
Change in period of reservation is subject to additional charge of 10%
Accommodation reserved should be occupied on the first day of reservation or at the latest on the following day before
check in-time, otherwise reservation will be treated as cancelled and 100% amount will be forfeited
Online Booking cancellation refund will be reverted back on the Credit Card / Debit Card account
Temporary (refundable) deposit of Rs. 200/- to be paid before occupying the block to the Resort Manager. The Said
amount will be refunded at the time of departure
Preponement / Postponement can be done only twice and after that cancellation is not possible
Cancellation Rules :
7 days before check-in-date and time - 10% of ticket value to be retained by MTDC
Within 7 days but before 72 hours of check-in-date and time - 25% of ticket value to be retained by MTDC
Within 72 hours of check-in-date and time or No Show - 100% of ticket value to be retained by MTDC
If booking done through DEBIT/ CREDIT CARD SWIPE in MTDC Offices, cancellation of such booking will attract extra
2% in addition to the above charges
Prepone/Postone Rules :
Preponement / Postponment of Booking Dates from Lower Tariff Season to Higher Tariff Season has to pay the extra
amount (Higher Tariff - Lower Tariff)
Prepone / Postpone Charge of 10% from Booking Amount has to be paid.
In addition to the Extra Amount and Prepone / Postpone Charge, 4.5% of the Booking Amount has to be paid for Online
Preponement / Postponement through Credit Card / Debit Card
Prepone / Postpone can be done only twice.
