Q:Tell me about yourself.

Ans: It is my pleasure to introduce myself. My name is Mohammad Salim Malik. I am from Bareilly(U.P). I
am pursuing MCA from Pondicherry University. I have done B.tech in june 2012 from M.J.P.Rohilkhand Ma,
Bareilly with 7.17 D.G.P.A. I did my intermediate from Sri Shanker College Sasaram (Rotash) in 2006 with
66% marks. I had completed my schooling from Sri Shanker high school takiya sasaram (rohtash) in 2003
and secured 62% marks.
My hobbies are Listening Music, Singing, song.

My strength are I can adapt to any environment easily,


My short term goal is to join in this company and my long term goal is to get a good position in company.
Q:Why should I hire you?
Ans: I am a fresher. I know that I haven't a lot of experience. But I want to improve my technical skills so I
think that this is the better way to implement my theoretical analysis in practical. Every worker to become
an experienced person only by getting chances as a fresher.
Q:What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Ans: My weaknesses Am not a very good in English even though I tackle my situation.My strength are I am
self motivator, can adapt to any environment easily, Good team player.
Q:Why do you want to work at our company?
Ans: I am a fresher. I want a platform to put my innovative ideas. I always want to show uniqueness in my
work. So, as a fresher it is very helpful to improve knowledge, experience and skills in the part of company's
growth.]
Q:What is the difference between confidence and over confidence?
Ans: Confidence is like today am sitting in front of you nd hav a believe tht I will b selectd as I workd hrd fr
it and over confidence is like if have a attitude that no matter what I prepared fr the campus I know I will be
selected.
Q:What is the difference between hard work and smart work?
Ans: Hard work:Finishing work perfectly with some complications.

Smart work:Finishing the complicated work in a comfort manner with the same perfection.
Q: How do you feel about working nights and weekends?
Ans: I can't work in nights and weekends because I want balance in my personal and professional life but if
any situation arise where company needs my services then I will be there for company at any time.


Q:Can you work under pressure?
Ans: In my view I can work very good under pressure. Because if there is pressure only we will take the
work seriously and do. Also pressure increases the responsibility towards work.
Q:Are you willing to relocate or travel?
Ans: Yes sir. i would like to relocate myself for the benifit of my company as it would gain me new
experiences,and i would be pleased to work in a different environment and culture.
Q: What are your goals?
Ans: I want to become a good electrical engineer. My long term goal is I have to fulfill my parents life with a
lots of happiness and this is possible only when I achieve my short term goal that is I have to placed in a
reputed companies like your's.
Q: What motivates you to do good job?
Ans: My Parents efforts and sacrifices to fulfill their dream of see me standing on my own feet at respectable
position motivates me to do the good job.
Q: What makes you angry?
Ans: When someone trying to cheat me.
Q: Give me an example of your creativity.
Ans: Last year we formed a committee in our college to mentor and guide our juniors. We have organised
many workshops and sessions from industrialists. It was solely my idea and I it proved to be beneficial for
juniors.
Q: How long would you expect to work for us if hired?
As long as I get satisfied with the company and the company get satisfied with my work, and its output from
me satisfaction.
Q: Are not you overqualified for this position?
Ans: No Sir, I don't think I am Overqualified for that post... now i have just theoretical knowledge about my
field when i will get practical knowledge that time I can Consider me just a well qualified not
overqualified...because learning never ends..we will run new things till our death..
Q: Describe your ideal company, location and job.
Ans: Ideal company: The company which considers both the company's and employee's wellbeing.

Ideal location: The location where I can reach on time without any hassle so that I can start my work at
office cheerfully.

Ideal job: Where I can enhance my practical knowledge related to theoretical knowledge.

Q :What are your career options right now?
Ans: My career objective is I to get placed in good reputed company and then I want to develop my skills
and knowledge with the company growth.
Q: Explain how would be an asset to this organization?
Ans: Sir/ madam as I understand hardworking and dedicated employees are an asset to any company and I
will always put the best of my efforts to be one.
Q: What are your outside interests?
Ans: My outside interests are to spend time with friends, listing music, playing chess specially with my friends. I
also like net suffering.
Q: Would you lie for the company?
Ans: It totally depends on the situation, if my one lie will be beneficial for 10 peoples and don't hurt any
personal ego or prestige only then I can otherwise I will Never lie. Because Lie cannot remain hidden for
long time. It may be caught.
Q: Who has inspired you in your life and why?
Ans: I inspired from my parents, in every moment they advice me "nothing is impossible. Go forward don't
look backward"
Q: What was the toughest decision you ever had to make?
Ans: My toughest decision was to take admission in B.Tech. my father is a farmer so my parents not gave
permission to me for this education but I convinced them for my studies & now thy are happy with my decision.
And because of my this decision today I am in front of you.
Q: Have you considered starting your own business?
Ans: As a fresher I did not think much about that one right now. I just want to improve my skills and work
experienc. Later I will think about that. Because a good business man must be a good employee then only he can
run the organisation successfully.
Q: How do you define success and how do you measure up to your own definition?
Ans: Success to me is when my parents will have tear in their eyes and just go on saying, "we are proud to have a
son like you".& According to me success is a comma (,) but not a full stop (. ).
Q: If you won $10 million lottery, would you still work?
Ans: Yes sir surely i will work. Lottery shows my luck while Job will give me respect and prestige.
Q: Where do you see yourself five years from now?
Ans: As i could imagine myself after five year in a place which is of a great reputation and as a better leader
with the responsibility to give valuable contribution towards the company's success using my enhanced
experience.
Q: Tell me something about our company. ?
Frankly speaking i came to know about your company last week, i read through the google.
Your moto was......, and currently you are having ... branches across the world with about 14000 employees.
Q: How much salary do you expect?
Ans: As far as about salary concern, I think it doesn't matter for a fresher. When I will be in your company I
will get lots of practical knowledge. But the salary should be much enough so that I able to live in a new city
without any economical problems.
