CHAPTER ONE:
The First Spiritual Recipe by The Greatest of Physicians
One of the earliest mentions of precious metals being used internally comes from the Bible.
In the passage outlining Moses return, when he came back down from Mount Sinai with the Ten
Commandments presented to him by from God, he found that the people had taken their jewelry
and fashioned themselves a god in the form of a golden calf--
"They sat down to eat and drink and got up to play."
In effect, the Israelites had grown bored waiting for Moses and the things of God and decided
to party and worship an idol. God called them "stiff-necked" or stubborn. Then, in Exodus 32, in
verses 19 and 20 came the following passages:
19: "And it came to pass, as soon as he came nigh unto the camp, that he saw the calf, and
the dancing: and Moses' anger waxed hot, and he cast the tables out of his hands, and brake them
beneath the mount."
20: "And he took the [golden] calf which they had made, and burnt it in the fire, and ground
it to powder, and strowed it upon the water, and made the children of Israel drink of it."
Gods representative first tears down the false idol. But then, rather than destroy it, or merely
turn it back into a form which might be bartered or sold, he does something else. He turns it into
a beverage which he then commands his wayward followers to consume. Let us remember, at
this moment Moses was imbued with the spirit and voice of the Almighty. His actions were the
wishes of his Lord. And God, seeing his people in need of healing, commanded Moses act thusly.
This is, beyond a shadow of a doubt, the first mental and spiritual health recipe given in the
history of mankind. This crude gold" formula was prescribed by Moses for the impatience and
disobedience of the nation of Israel. It is still used by many different peoples around the world as
a natural supplement for mental discountenance today. There are hundreds of other examples. To

A so-called Elixir of Life, a potion made from gold was discussed, if not actually
manufactured, in ancient times in Alexandria, Egypt by a group of adepts known as Alchemists.
In the 16th century the alchemist Paracelsus, one of the greatest known alchemist/chemists,
founded the school of iatrochemistry, the chemistry of medicines (which is the forerunner of
modern pharmacology). Paracelsus claimed to have created a potion known in the Latin as
Aurum Potabile (potable gold). He developed formulations from more than one metallic minerals
to support the rejuvenation of the health.
Drinking gold has also been used for not just centuries, but millennia, in Tibet and
throughout China for a wide variety of reasons. There, the first culture to create paper, ink,
gunpowder, accounting and a thousand other inventions that have propelled mankind forward,
drank various potions infused with gold to increase their powers of meditation, facilitate more
lucid dreams, improve heath and extend life.
But, this is nothing compared to a recent hypothesis put forward. Scientists now believe that
J esus may very well have been handing out a golden drinks to perform some of his miracles.
During the time J esus is recorded as having walked the earth, potions of gold were known to
have been red. The ancient Romans were the first to have discovered that gold could be used to
color glass an intense red. Considering that these potions have also been known to bring
tremendous relief for arthritis, many now believe that such a drink might have easily enabled a
paralyzed man to get up and walk. Could this be "the blood of Christ?" Many now believe it is.
Interestingly, the same elixir was used by the Pharaohs, whose kitchens also knew how to
make it into bread as well. So, the secrets of mixing gold with wine and bread were both well
known throughout the region at the time of not only J esus, but Moses before him. Such
knowledge did not disappear from the world.
Alchemy and the use of gold supplements spread throughout all of Arabia then off across the
rest of the Middle East, not resting until it had reached India and China and eventually even
Europe. Still today, throughout Asia, the belief in the restorative properties of gold remain intact
in rural villages, where peasants cook their rice with a gold coin to replenish the gold in their
bodies.

Call them superstitious peasants if you like, but in this country it is well documented that in
the early 1900's surgeons would actually implant a five dollar gold piece under the skin near an
inflamed joint, such as a knee or elbow to relieve distress. As a result, the pain would often
subside or cease altogether.
Throughout that same time period, gold salts have been used to relieve joint discomfort and
damage. Europeans have also long been aware of the benefits of gold in the body. In that same
span, people in every country in the European Alliance have been buying gold coated pills and
"gold water," over the counter, to relieve their aches and pains.
But, the history of gold as used in the world of medicine does not stop there.
Gold has reportedly been used in cases of glandular and neurological in coordination. The
body's warmth mechanism may also be affected by gold, particularly in cases of chills and fever.
Doctors Nilo Cairo and A. Brinckmann wrote a best-selling work entitled "Materia Medica,"
(Sao Paulo, Brazil, 19th Edition, 1965), in which Gold was listed as the number one use against
obesity. It seems to enhance the will and mental ability to remain focused and not be distracted
from the task at hand.
The list goes on. Suffice it to say, however, that throughout the history of the world, scores of
nations have turned to the healing powers of rare metals time and again, not just in ancient times,
but up until this very day. Where the public relations flacks for the big pharmaceutical companies
will scoff, trying to make us believe that no one but idiots have believed such things for
centuries, the truth is that doctors such as Cairo and Brinckmann and hundreds of others have
never stopped proving the incredible properties of these metals, even up unto this very day.

CHAPTER TWO:
Alchemical History of Gold
Although the Egyptians knew of the metaphysical and healing powers of gold, it was the
alchemist Paracelsus who first prepared gold in a solution in modern times. He called his purple
solution of gold Aurum Potable and believed it cured all manner of physical, mental, and
spiritual ailments.
"Gold receives its influence from the Sun," he wrote, "which is, as it were, the Heart of the
world and by communicating these influences to the human heart it serves to fortify and cleanse
it from all impurities."
The alchemists believed that gold represented the perfection of matter, and that its presence
in the body would enliven, rejuvenate, and cure a multitude of disturbances in the life force
balance of the body. In fact, the alchemists believed gold had a balancing and harmonizing effect
on all levels of body, mind, and spirit. It was used to improve mental attitude and treat unstable
mental and emotional states such as depression, melancholy, sorrow, fear, despair, anguish,
frustration, suicidal tendencies, seasonal affective disorder, poor memory, poor concentration,
and many other unbalances in the mind, body, and the spirit.
English scientist Michael Faraday prepared gold in 1857. Many uses were found for his
solutions of "activated gold." In 1890, the distinguished German bacteriologist Robert Koch won
the Nobel Prize for his discovery that compounds made with gold inhibited growth of bacteria. It
would soon be discovered that it was not the only metal to do so.
The metal gold never corrodes or even tarnishes, is completely non-toxic, and exhibits no
interactions with other drugs. Gold is the only heavy metal that has a right-hand atomic spin and
is therefore easily tolerated by the body. The mystical metal has been used for both spiritual and
medical purposes as far back as ancient Egypt. Over 5,000 years ago, the Egyptians used gold in
dentistry. Remarkable examples of its early use have been found by modern archaeologists. Still
in favor today as an ideal material for dental work, approximately 13 tons of gold are used each

year for crowns, bridges, inlays and dentures. Gold is ideal for these purposes because it is non-
toxic, can be shaped easily and, as stated earlier, never wears, corrodes or tarnishes.
The Egyptians also believed in ingesting gold for mental, bodily, and spiritual purification).
The ancients believed that gold in the body worked by stimulating the chi (life force) and raising
the level of vibration on all levels. In Alexandria, alchemists developed a powerful elixir known
as "liquid gold," which reportedly had the ability to restore youth.
In ancient Rome, gold salves were used for the treatment of disfiguring skin lesions and
ulcers, and today, gold leaf plays an important role in the treatment of chronic skin ulcers.
Paracelsus developed many highly successful treatments from metallic minerals, including gold.
The use of gold-coated pills and (gold waters) throughout Europe was mentioned earlier as being
an extremely popular over-the-counter medicine these days. However, the practice actually dates
back to medieval times. Alchemists mixed powdered gold into drinks to "comfort sore limbs,"
and today, it is widely used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
In China, we mentioned earlier that peasants still cook their rice with a gold coin in order to
help replenish gold in their bodies. But, what we didnt mention was the fact that the fanciest
Chinese restaurants put 24-karat gold-leaf in their food preparations in the countys biggest cities
for the same reason. But stories like these are only the beginning.
Today, gold netting is used in surgery to patch damaged blood vessels, nerves, bones, and
membranes. Modern physicians Inject microscopic gold to help retard prostate cancer in men.
Women with ovarian cancer are treated with gold solutions. Gold vapor lasers seek out and
destroy cancerous cells without harming their healthy neighbors. They also give new leases on
life to patients with once inoperable heart conditions and tumors.
One experimental new gold compound which blocks virus replication in infected cells is
being tested for the treatment of AIDS. By attaching a molecular marker to a microscopic piece
of gold, scientists can follow its movement through the body. Some researchers are placing gold
on DNA to study the hybrid genetic material in cells, while others are using it to determine how
cells respond to toxins, heat and physical stress. Because it is biologically benign and easy to

trace, biochemists use gold to form compounds with proteins to create new lifesaving drugs.
Gold is truly the perfection of the metals.
Past or present, the effects of gold on the body have never stopped being hailed. The
Alchemists of Alexandria developed an elixir made of liquid gold. They believed that gold was a
mystical metal that represented the perfection of matter, and that its presence in the body would
enliven, rejuvenate, and cure a multitude of diseases as well as restore youth and perfect health.
But, was it Gold actually?
Lets review. As stated earlier, if metallic gold is divided into fine particles (sizes ranging
from one to one hundred billionths of a meter) and the particles are permanently suspended in
solution, the mineral becomes known as Solution of Gold. This is the important factor. This is
why one cannot simply suck on their gold ring, or swallow lumps of gold, and cure illnesses.
Only after gold has been prepared thusly does it exhibit the properties needed to perform medical
miracles.
Gold, although used in a haphazard and thus less effective way for millennia, was first
prepared in a pure state in 1857 by the distinguished English chemist, Michael Faraday. Once he
had gifted the world with this amazing advancement, an astonishing number of uses were found
for the amazing solutions of "activated gold."
For instance, in the nineteenth century, Colloidal Gold was commonly used in the United
States to cure alcoholism (then called dipsomania, defined as the uncontrollable craving for
alcoholic liquors), and today it is used to reduce dependency on alcohol, caffeine, nicotine, and
carbohydrates. Also, as far back as 1885, gold had been known for its healing capabilities for the
heart and improved blood circulation. It has also been used to treat arthritis continuously since
1927.
In J uly of 1935, Clinical, Medicine & Surgery carried an article entitled "Colloidal Gold in
Inoperable Cancer," written by Edward H. Ochsner, M.D., B.S., F.A.C.S. which stated:
"When the condition is hopeless, Gold helps prolong life and makes life much more bearable,
both to the patient and to those about them, because it shortens the period of terminal cachexia

(general physical wasting and malnutrition usually associated with chronic disease) and greatly
reduces pain and discomfort and the need of opiates (narcotics) in a majority of instances."
This is not all.
Today, medical uses of gold have expanded greatly. It is used in surgery to patch damaged
blood vessels, nerves, bones, and membranes. It is also used in the treatment of several forms of
cancer. Every day, surgeons use gold instruments to clear coronary arteries, and gold-coated
lasers give new life to patients with once inoperable heart conditions and tumors. Gold has
become an important biomedical tool for scientists studying why the body behaves as it does.
Some researchers are using gold to determine how cells respond to toxins, heat and physical
stress. Because it is biologically benign, biochemists use gold to form compounds with proteins
to create new lifesaving drugs.
Gold has been known down through the ages to have a direct effect on the activities of the
heart, and helps to improve blood circulation. It is beneficial for rejuvenating sluggish organs,
especially the brain and digestive system, and has been used in cases of glandular and nervous
congestion and lack of coordination.

CHAPTER THREE:
THE HISTORY OF SILVER
Like gold, the mineral known as silver has been used for healing purposes and for treating
diseases as far back in recorded time as 4000 B.C. Eastern Persian records specifically mention
the practice of placing water in silver vessels for purification. The ancient Babylonian and Greek
civilizations were fully aware of silver's ability to disinfect, as well. Furthermore, the Romans
reported the use of silver compounds for medical treatment.
Silver continued to be used from those ancient times as a remedy up to and during the Middle
Ages in order to treat open wounds in battle. The Ayurvedic physicians of India continue to use it
for such purposes to this very day. Silverware or a silver coin was kept in both drinking water
and milk in order to prevent spoilage before the days of refrigeration. The early American settlers
used silver for the same purpose. Indeed, many people alive today can remember their
grandparents placing silver dollars in milk in order to prolong its freshness at room temperature.
Members of royalty were called bluebloods due to the silver content in their blood and the
blueness of their skin. When eating, the royalty used almost exclusively silver plates, bowls and
utensils. They essentially digested large particles of silver over an extended period of time,
which created a permanent discoloration of the skin, due to the excessive silver deposits. This
condition is known today as Argyria. However, not to worry. There is no absolutely danger of
this occurring today, as long as you are using properly prepared Silver.
As recently as the 1930s, silver nitrate was routinely used by American hospitals in the eyes
of newborn babies as a protection against blindness (in cases where it was suspected the mother
had contracted a venereal disease). Far from a quaint preventative of the past, this procedure is
still used today in many countries throughout the world. Indeed, the March, 1978 issue of
Science Digest included an article entitled "Silver, Our Mightiest Germ Fighter," in which it
stated that more than half of the world's airlines used silver water filters as the method of choice
for protecting passengers from water-borne diseases, including British Airways, Lufthansa and

Air France. After reviewing twenty-three different water purification systems, NASA selected a
silver-based system for the space shuttle.
Contemporary medical tests indicate no known adverse effects from the use of properly
prepared Silver, and there has never been a recorded case of adverse reactions or interaction
with any other medication. Silver has been employed for over 100 years against infections or
infectious diseases. There are currently five different synthetic pharmaceuticals that utilize silver
as one of the ingredients. Over 70% of the hospital burn units in the United States use a silver-
based cream (Silvadene) as a preventative in order to treat infection in burn patients. This cream
is extremely effective, has no known harmful side-effects and is non-irritating.
Back at the beginning of the 20th century, scientists discovered that the body's most
important fluids (both the blood and lymphatic fluids) are nano particle in nature, as suspended
ultra-fine particles. For example, blood transports nutrients and oxygen to the bodily cells. This
scientific breakthrough in understanding paved the way towards endless possibilities for medical
treatment. Silver was already a proven and accepted germ fighter, and silver became the
mainstay in the treatment of infectious diseases. That there were, initially, varying degrees of
success we now understand were due to the fact that at the time the silver particles being used
were too large, thereby never attaining the optimum microscopic size necessary for its
effectiveness.
Another missing factor was that the silver particles must possess an electrical charge, and the
results of many scientific studies and examples of its use were published in prestigious medical
journals. In 1924, the first electro- generated silver was produced, and it proved to be far superior
to what had been previously available. This treatment was considered very "high tech" at the
time. Due to more advanced technical methods of production, todays Silver solutions are far
superior than those available prior to 1938. And, they can be produced at a mere fraction of the
cost.
For centuries, the only known method for producing silver for human consumption was to
grind it into a fine powder, either manually or chemically. The resultant silver powder appeared
to dissolve in water. However, because of the size of the particles, it did not remain in

suspension, ultimately settling to the bottom of the container. These particles also had the
tendency to clump together. But, the use of protein stabilizers corrected this problem so that the
particles settle more slowly. Silver was in common use until 1938, and had proven itself to be
useful against 650 different infectious diseases. However, it was very costly to produce at that
time.
Still, the undeniable results one can achieve through the use of Gold, Silver and Copper are
so overwhelming that even the greed of the pharmaceutical corporations and their henchmen in
the medical establishment could not run the better product out of town. The Food and Drug
Administration currently classifies consumable Silver as a pre-1938 drug. A letter from the FDA
dated September 13, 1991 states: "These products may continue to be marketed as long as they
are advertised and labeled for the same use as in 1938, and as long as they are manufactured in
the original manner."
Unfortunately, there is a larger issue at hand.
Antibiotic-resistant diseases have reached epidemic proportions throughout the world, and
the overall effectiveness of synthetic antibiotics is rapidly decreasing. As indicated by the Center
for Disease Control in Atlanta, over 70,000 people died in American hospitals in the year 2000
from infectious conditions--conditions that proved capable of resisting conventional synthetic
drugs. Common bacteria that lead to the onset of pneumonia, ear infections and many other
diseases are evolving into forms that are untreatable by known synthetic drugs, thereby
threatening to create a chilling post-antibiotic era that would be nothing short of a major medical
disaster. According to Alexander Tomasz of Rockefeller University in New York, "In the post-
antibiotic world, the simplest infection could rapidly escalate into fatal illnesses."
What exactly, you might ask, does this mean?
Very simply, when a synthetic antibiotic is employed and fails to destroy even one
pathogenic microbe (out of trillions), that microbe can reproduce itself and thereby create super
microbes, which are constantly evolving into different and more lethal strains. As another
example from the world of nature, think on the failure mankind has had in removing cockroaches
from its cities. The relationship is basically the same. If within a colony of roaches, even one

survives, its offspring end up resistant to whatever killed its parents generation. Microbes work
in the same fashion. The horrible truth is, however, that some microbes can reproduce in as little
as twenty minutes.
Due to the excessive use of synthetic antibiotics by the medical establishment, strains of
super microbes have been created that have evolved to become immune to destruction by any
synthetic antibiotic. Furthermore, penicillin and related synthetic antibiotics often produce
harmful side-effects which lead to even greater problems, such as nausea, abdominal pain,
Candidiasis, et cetera. Nowadays, everyone is asked if they are allergic to penicillin before a
doctor will administer a shot. This was not true thirty years ago, but it is now.
We are becoming immune to the selective synthetic antibiotics produced by the
pharmaceutical companies, and the medical community has acknowledged this publicly for many
years. On October 23, 1994, the Los Angeles Times published an article entitled "Arsenal of
Antibiotics Failing as Resistant Bacteria Develops." Within, the article clearly stated:
"But in the last decade, a broad resistance to antibiotics has begun to emerge. And because
bacteria can transfer genes among themselves, experts only expect the resistance to grow. The
potential nightmare is an Andromeda strain, a super-microbe immune to all antibiotics that could
wreck havoc."
In a December, 1996, article in Readers Digest entitled, "Warning: Antibiotics Could
Endanger Your Child," it was stated that "Antibiotic resistance appeared soon after the
introduction of these synthetic drugs in the 1930s. Since then, more and more bacteria have
become resistant to more and more antibiotics." The article continued, revealing:
"Last J anuary, researchers at the Georgetown University School of Medicines Department of
Pediatrics monitored 20 children taking amoxicillin daily to prevent ear infections. (Note: Dr.
Fallon) The study indicated that while their risk of infection from a resistant germ was 20%
before using the antibiotic, after a five-month regimen, they stood a 100% chance of contracting
a superbug, a fivefold increase in risk. Four months after those children were taken off
amoxicillin, their risk level returned to its original point."

gardening is called organic because it refers to living organisms in the soil. There are billions of
these organisms in a handful of soil which break down the minerals into a colloidal form that is

from varicose veins. The Greeks also sprinkled a powder of copper oxide and copper sulfate on
open wounds and treated wounds with a mixture of honey and red copper oxide.
In the first century A.D., the book De Materia Medica by Dioscorides, describes using
verdigris (which they made by exposing metallic copper to vinegar steam to form copper acetate)
in combination with copper sulfate as a remedy for bloodshot eyes, inflamed eyes, "fat in the
eyes", and cataracts.
Evidence from the time of Roman physician Aulus Cornelius Celsus (14 to 37 A.D.), tells us
that copper and its derivatives were firmly established as important drugs. In his book, De
Medicina, Celsus details numerous uses for copper, along with specific instructions for the

preparation of the particular form of copper recommended for each disease or condition. Among
his specific directions are a copper oxide mixture made with raisin wine, saffron and myrrh for
the treatment of venereal disease and a copper mixture made with rose oil for chronic ulcers.
The great Roman historian, Pliny (23 to 79 A.D.) described a number of remedies involving
copper. He dutifully recorded that black copper oxide combined with honey was used to kill
intestinal worms and purge the stomach. In diluted form, it was used as nose drops were to "clear
the head." It was also applies as eardrops to relieve ear discomfort and infection and taken orally
so that it might combat mouth sores and ulcers. Diluted copper mixtures were also used for "eye
roughness," "eye pain and mistiness."
The ancient Aztec civilization also used copper for medical purposes, including gargling with
a copper mixture for sore throats. In ancient India and Persia, copper was used in a highly
advanced manner to treat lung diseases. Copper compounds such as malachite and copper oxide
were used on boils and numerous other skin conditions. Copper acetate and copper oxide were
used for eye infections. Evidence also shows us that even the nomadic Mongolian tribes used
copper sulfate, taken by mouth, to treat venereal ulcers.
As with gold and silver, we could write endlessly on the historical uses to which medicinal

with more endless facts about the past, lets skip ahead to more modern times and cover the truly

Luton, reported using copper acetate in his practice to treat arthritic patients. For external
application he made a salve of hog's lard and 30% neutral copper acetate. For internal treatment,
he used pills containing 10 mg. of copper acetate.
In 1895, in a published review of the pharmacological actions of copper compounds, copper
arsenate was reported to treat acute and chronic diarrhea as well as dysentery and cholera. An

organic complex of copper developed by Bayer was shown to have curative powers in the
treatment of tuberculosis. Copper treatment for tuberculosis continued until the 1940s. And, as
early as 1912, patients in Germany were treated for facial epithelioma with a mixture of copper
chloride and lecithin, suggesting that copper compounds might assist anti-cancer activity.
Recent work with mice in the U.S. has shown that treatment of solid tumors with non-toxic
doses of various organic complexes of copper markedly decreased tumor growth and metastasis
and thus increased survival rate. These copper complexes did not kill cancer cells but rather, far
more amazingly, caused them to revert to back to being normal, healthy cells. Based on work in
the treatment of cancers using copper complexes, researchers have found that these same
complexes may prevent or retard the development of cancers in mice under conditions where
cancers are expected to be induced.
First observed in rats in 1936, numerous studies have drawn attention to the relationship
between copper deficiency and heart disease, which effect has now been traced to both a
deficiency in copper and an imbalance in the copper-to-zinc ratio in the body. In 1939, the
German physician, Werner Hangarter, noticed that Finnish copper miners were typically
unaffected by arthritis. But, this unbelievable immunity lasted for them, only as long as they
worked in the mining industry. This observation led Finnish medical researchers plus the
Germans, Hangarter and Lbke, to successfully use a mixture of copper chloride and sodium
salicylate to treat patients suffering from rheumatic fever, rheumatoid arthritis, neck and back
problems, and sciatica.

A Manual of Pharmacology and its Applications to Therapeutics and Toxicology, published
by W. B. Saunders Company in 1957, recommends the use of 0.5 gram of copper sulfate,
dissolved in a glass of water, in a single dose, or three doses of 0.25 gram fifteen minutes apart,
to induce vomiting. Interestingly, Pliny (23 - 79 A.D.) also mentions using copper for just this
purpose nearly two thousand years earlier.
Copper aspirinate has been shown not only to be more effective in the treatment of
rheumatoid arthritis than aspirin alone, but it has been shown to prevent or even cure the

ulceration of the stomach often associated with aspirin therapy. More than 140 copper complexes
of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents (aspirin and ibuprofen, for example) have been shown
to be more active than their parent compounds.
It has also been demonstrated that copper complexes such as copper aspirinate and copper
tryptophanate, markedly increase healing rate of ulcers and wounds. For example, copper
complexes heal gastric ulcers five days sooner than other reagents. Further, it has been shown
that, whereas non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, such as ibuprofen and enefenamic acid
suppress wound healing, copper complexes of these drugs promote normal wound healing while
at the same time retaining anti-inflammatory activity.
With reports of seizures in animals and humans who had significant and prolonged copper
deficiencies in their diets, researches have also postulated that copper must play a major role in
the prevention of seizures. Research into this idea quickly uncovered the fact that organic
compounds which are not themselves anti-convulsants, exhibit anticonvulsant activity when
combined with copper. Further, it was found that copper complexes of all anti-epileptic drugs are
more effective and less toxic than any of their parent drugs.
The 1973 work by Dr. L.M. Klevay at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Human Nutrition
Research Center pointed to a relationship between copper and cholesterol. In subsequent work,
published in 1975, Dr. Klevay theorized that a metabolic imbalance between zinc and copper --
with more emphasis on copper deficiency than zinc excess - is a major contributing factor in
coronary heart disease.
Subsequent work by other investigators has shown that copper complexes also can have a
valuable role in the minimization of damage to the aorta and heart muscle as oxygenated blood
reperfuses into tissues following myocardial infarction. This action is based on the anti-
inflammatory action of copper complexes.
It has been speculated that the reason that the heart attack rate in France is lower than in the
rest of Europe is because of the significant consumption by the French of red wine, which has a
higher copper content than white wine because it is prepared with the skin of the grape intact.

individuals suffering from Menke's disease (an inherited disease in which there is defective
