1. You will find the SAP Logon Pad available on your PC Laptop.
2. Double click on the icon to launch
3. Select ISP [Public] and double click to launch or select Log On button.
Getting into CATSXT via ISP
1. Type in CATSXT on the transaction
2. Select and complete as guided below:
Task Type>> select from the drop down list = Internal Project Work (IMPORTANT as wrong selection coul d result in 0 hours and no payment can be process!!)
Acct assgnt to >> Select Cost Center Remember to type in your own cost center number or it will prompt and error message when you try to save your entries. 3. How to find my Cost Center? Search for your own name in Outlook Address book . Data Management Center - APJ
Your Cost Center will be show as above. Ignore the first 0. Start your Activity Recording 4. Start your activity recording from 16 th of previous month onwards Select the date using the calendar or type in directly
5. Put in the Working hours in the working hours field.
Notes: In the Short Text column, please leave it blank unless its to indicate the below shift work: a. MS >Morning Shift b. WE >Weekend c. PH >Public Holiday

6. Check through the entries before selecting save icon found on top of the menu bar
10. Once you change and save, it will populate as below, (similar screen as point 6 above). This new record is now pending your Cost Center Managers approval.
11. It is recommended that you check the status of your time records on every 17 th of the calendar month and follow up with your Cost Center Manager if any of the time records are not approved.
12. Only a single time record can be logged for each day.
Backpay or Change Request of your Activi ty Recording
13. If you have made an error and want to change time records in your previous month timesheet, ore request backpayment for previous month timesheet, please log on CATSXT to update accordingly. Once your Cost Center Manager is approved, please use the email template below with completed Intern Backpayment Request Form (Page 7) attached, send to HRSSC.APJ @sap.com.
Please note that you can only change time record up to 90 calendar days prior. You have to raise CNS ticket if you want to change time records earlier than 90 calendar days.

1. Who to contact if my laptop/PC do not have a SAP Logon Pad Icon? Please contact your local IT for assistance.
2. Where can I find the login for Catsxt? Through ISP, transaction code =Catsxt
3. Can put in retrospective date? Technically, Catsxt allow retrospective time recording. However for the purpose of payroll control, retro-recording will not be process in payroll. Hence, the time recording period from 16 th of prevailing month to 15 th of current month must be strictly adhered to.
4. When is Pay-Day? Pay Day is the 28 th of each calendar month.
5. Can interns check the status of the approval in Catsxt? Yes. Interns are able to check the approval status and follow up with Approving Manager.
6. How often should I submit my timesheet via Catsxt? Interns are encouraged to submit their ti mesheet on a weekly or fortnightl y basis. Your Manager will get a workflow alert on every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
7. What is the process If there is an error in Interns previous month timesheet? You can go to Catsxt to change your time record up to 90 calendar days prior to the date as of today. For time records are earlier than 90 calendar days prior, please raise CSN ticket for IT assistance. Once time records are approved by your Cost Center Manager, please complete Intern Backpayment Request Form (Page 7) and send to HRSSC.APJ @sap.com (email template: Page 6).
8. Can a future date activity be entered? Catsxt allow you to save the future date activity recording only but will not be process till then. You will have to save the record again before it goes to your Cost Center Manager for approval
9. Who will approve my timesheet in Catsxt? It will be the Cost Center Manager.
10. How to find out who is my Cost Center Manager? You may check with your Direct Reporting Manager to determine if your Direct Manager is not your Cost Center Manager
11. How will my Cost Center Manager verify my timesheet if he/she is not my direct reporting manager planning my work schedule? There will be a report from the Catsxt detailing your time recording/attendance and that will be sent to your Reporting Manager for verification whenever necessary. Both your Cost Center Manager and Reporting Manager are aware of such process in place.
12. What could have gone wrong if I can login to Catsxt but I am not able to see Task Type drop down list? It could be that your Catsxt Profile access has expired. Please raise CSN ticket via URL: https://css.wdf.sap.corp/itibc(bD1lbiZjPTAwMSZkPW1pbg==)/default.htm
