Step by step the role models
1. Before the session ask participants to bring a picture with their personal role model
that inspires them in relation with the topic of the session. Instructions:

2. Invite participants to write on index cards the name of that person and what inspires them □ Team
at this person, what behaviour, skills and attitudes do they model. □ Group

3. Instruct them to walk into the room and exchange the cards face down, when the cards are
well mixed stop the process. Leading:

4. Tell participant that with the card that is in their hand, read the description and think how ● Participant
