Machining of casted parts mainly for the automotive industry in
engine transmission and stearing gear housings in e.g. Fe and non Fe containing
materials and magnesium.
Machining of self-engineered machine centres, toolings and fixtures (closed
automatic control system in this technology).
All necessary methods for the supply of finished parts, ready for assembly
are on the latest technical standard:
e.g. - high-pressure water deburring equipment
- leakage test equipment (by air or under water )
- assembly equipment
- full integrated quality system e.g. measurement machines (Zeiss)
SPC-testing, hardness test, contur- and surface roughness test,
controlling of gages and calibration in house.
toolings- development, engineering and assembly are on the latest standard.
excellent logistic and service competence e.g. just- in-time respect. just-in-sequence
